This massive home sleeps up to 20 comfortably in 4 King Master Suites, a King Guest Bedroom, and a Bonus Bunk Room.

ENTERTAINMENT:
You and your guests will love relaxing in the large, comfortable great room appointed with a floor to ceiling ledge stone gas fireplace, huge flat screen TV, and soaring 25’ vaulted ceilings. The elegant granite and stainless kitchen is fully stocked for you to make fantastic in home meals. The custom built dining table seats 12 comfortably with additional seating for 6 at the huge kitchen bar.

The Garage Game Room will delight your whole group! The Owner transformed this room with nothing but entertainment in mind featuring hard wood floors, high end leather furniture, a pool table, Foosball, ping pong, darts, and a large Flat screen TV!

The 6th Bedroom functions as a bunk room, but also doubles as a comfortable TV Lounge featuring a massive flat screen TV with Dish, DVD, surround sound and a wet bar with microwave.

Just outside the great room is a comfortable outdoor living space with views of the golf course. The private hot tub is a great place to relax after a long day of golf, or playing with the kids at one of the many Suncadia parks.

BEDROOMS:
The Chalet features 5 Bedrooms all with King Beds. Four of the 5 Bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. One of the King Master Suites also has a Queen Hide-a-Bed. The 6th Bedroom features a Queen over a Queen Bunk and a Full over a Full Bunk. The home boasts 5 elegant tile bathrooms.

** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swimming Pools and Fitness Center at this time due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a $100 nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 6 cars in the driveway. Suncadia prohibits street parking.**

We had 14 ladies stay the weekend at The Chalet and we had way more than enough room to spread out all over the house. We loved the huge kitchen and island as we were all able to cook together. The outdoor living area also offers plenty of seating. The house has a great layout.

This was our 9th year in a row staying in suncadia. Each year we have rented a different home. This by far was the best. 5 king size beds, a huge bunk room, and 5 baths made it so spacious. The outside furniture was super comfortable. The garage was an extra bonus with the games and extra full size fridge. We would highly recommend as its close to the pool and Dawson park which is one of our favorites!

The Chalet is a great place for our family reunion. This is our 2nd year in this house and we plan to be back next year. Lots of seating options for dining, with 6 stools at the counter, 12 seats at the dining table and 10 seats at the outdoor table. Appreciate the 2 refrigerator/freezers and the 2 ovens.

Gathered family and friends for my husband’s birthday and this place was great. It had the perfect amount of space and the game room was awesome. Not a negative, but you should note the garages are not able to be used and you can’t take the table cloth off the dining table (so bring one if you don’t want to use their purple one)

The Chalet offered some good amenities for a large family gathering, but fell short in a few areas. <br/><br/>Each of the five bedrooms contained very firm mattresses that were somewhat uncomfortable. If you prefer a soft bed, you will not enjoy these. Further the blankets and pillows were old, and lacked warmth and support. <br/><br/>The entertainment was iffy. The TVs come with 3-5 remotes and instructions on how to operate which may have worked in 1980, but were overly complicated and confusing by today’s standards. If there was streaming available we had no idea how to figure that out. The game room felt dirty and could use an update. There was one working ping ping ball. The game drawer looked like it had been ransacked. Lastly, the hot tub was not hot. It was a warm bath at best. <br/><br/>The cleaning, like most AirBnB, was good but not up to hotel standards. For the price, it would’ve been nice not to find hair/debris in random kitchen items (e.g. the large pots in the pantry) or hair in the bathroom corners. But given it’s a vacation rental and not a hotel, it’s not surprising. However, for the cost, the cleaning could’ve been better. <br/><br/>Overall this was a quiet, big retreat that had enough space and kitchen items that served everyone well, but it’s likely you can find something else that’s hopefully cleaner and better stocked from an entertainment perspective for a similar price.

We had a wonderful stay at Chalet at Suncadia. Overall the property was well situated in the Suncadia resort which gave us easy access to parks, walks, winery. For this property we would recommend proper cleaning as there was a lot of dust/spider webs, counters were dirty and many flies in the home (kitchen) when we arrived and that didn't leave. It would also be great to have extra blankets, pillows, towels and sheets as the home hosts many people. <br/><br/>We have been long time users of All Seasons Vacation Rentals and continue to work with them for our Cle Elum and Suncadia stays.

We have been looking for a place to gather for many years. As a large group of 20, this has created a challenge year after year. For the first time we all stayed in the same home with our children. We had a group of friends & family stay over the 4th of July weekend. The layout of the house worked great for us! We were mostly couples with young kids, loved having some many bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The home was fully stocked and the location was amazing. Suncadia is hard to beat. We had a great time and the cabin had lots of positives. A few negatives: dishwasher door was extremely heavy and when opened crashed down and was a hazard (lucky no one got hurt). Kitchen garbage can didn't have its lid and the bags weren't the right size, hard to fit.Ice maker didn't make much ice at all. Just small inconveniences.

Very nice house for a large group

The house was very nice and with 6 furnished bedrooms, it was set up to accommodate a large group - great for our family reunion. There isn't much outdoor space beyond the patio but with a park and trails etc. in Suncadia that wasn't a real issue. However, as with many houses set up to accommodate 14-20 people, the kitchen in this house was significantly under-equiped. When you have a large group staying for a weekend or longer, the kitchen needs to have not only large numbers of plates, glasses, flatware, etc. to accommodate all those people, but it also needs to have LARGE serving and mixing bowls, large platters and baking pans, large sauce pots (12-16 quarts, not 4-6 quarts), skillets and other cooking utensils and appliances that can handle a crowd. Having a regular coffe pot wasn't of much use because there were no filters to go in it. Fortunately, we had brought our own, for fear that the Kerig mentioned online was the only coffee making available. My sense was that this kitchen was set up to prepare food and feed a group of 8-10 but if that is the case, why have sleeping accommodations for 18 if there isn't adequate equipment to feed all of them??? Two dish washers and 2 refrigerators (in or near the kitchen) are a must! We didn't find the 2nd refrigerator out beyond the garage until the day we left so it didn't do us any good. Nor did we find information about its existence in the information binder the owner left for us. We did appreciate the very large dining table and bar stools in the house and large patio table on the deck - bigger than most large houses have. The game room/garage was a hit with the kids because we had a fair amount of rain. The bedrooms were also very nice and well furnished. All that said, we might well rent it again for our next family reunion because it worked pretty well for us in spite of the limitations in the kitchen. At least next time we would know what to bring with us to make meal prep for a large group easier.

We decided to take our annual neighborhood Holiday progressive dinner on the road this year and this house worked very well for our group of 12 adults. House was clean and well maintained. The dining room table seated 12 which was perfect. There was even a Christmas tree up in the living room for us! Hot tub was enjoyable as well.

Couldn't have asked for a more wonderful stay! And what a delightful surprise to find a fully decorated Christmas tree and other decorations. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked and that is coming from a family who loves to cook!! It handled our family of 15 beautifully. The game room was a huge hit for the grandchildren. Was extremely impressed with the management company who was quickly responsive to any and all communication. 5 stars plus!!

Perfect for a family gathering—-lots of room, great kitchen, enjoyed the patio with a fire in the evening. If we had had young children they would have been very unhappy not having a pool. I did not understand that the pool was not included and I was not allowed to pay even though I tried through Suncadia. I should have read the fine print more closely.

We had a large family gathering (10 adults, 10 children). Everyone had a great time and we were all impressed with the accommodations. The home was clean and had all the cooking utensils and bedding we needed. We enjoyed Dawson Park and running/walking on the trails. The fire pit was well-used in the evening. We did report a few issues, but these didn't really impede our experience.

My family of 9 adults and 7 kids rented this beautiful home for my parents 50th anniversary celebration and it was absolutely perfect. There are 5 bedrooms with queen or king size beds and a bonus room with two extra-large bunkbeds and cozy couches that was great for all the kids. We cooked every meal at home and the house was stocked with everything you could need to cook a gourmet meal. The hot tub and gas firepit were fun in the evenings, and the house was right on the golf course which was fun, too. My family hopes to rent this beautiful home yearly, as it was the perfect place to relax together, with all the comforts of home.

This house worked very well for our stay. The All Seasons Staff were very helpful prior and during our stay. The balance of indoor and outdoor space was perfect for our event, including space for both the adults and kids. The kitchen was reasonably stocked with most of the items needed for a larger group. This is an absolutely beautiful home with outstanding inventory! It is on a loop so the kids could bike ride all day long and it was very safe. This comfortably accommodated our family of 15. The only problem that I had was the beds are extremely hard! Some of the people in our group liked it and some didn't. Because of that and the uncomfortableness for me and lack of sleep, I don't think that we will be renting this unit again. But if you don't mind hard beds - this is a beautiful place to stay and the rental company was fantastic!

There aren't very many rentals that can comfortably sleep 14 adults, but we ended up not using a few of the beds! This house has just about everything you could think of. We cooked big meals in the kitchen and besides the pizza stone we brought, they had every tool in the kitchen stocked. Suncadia is a beautiful setting, and we walked into Rosyln one evening. It took about 30 minutes. I would definitely stay again!

We could not have been more pleased with our stay in this gorgeous home. Access was easy, everything was ready - there was even music when we entered the home. We were a group of 8 ladies and the open concept of this house was perfect. The kitchen was well equipped for us to enjoy cooking our dinners each night and sitting around the huge table was just delightful. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings with our cocktails. We were entertained one whole day with a large herd of elk right in the back yard. Enjoyed walking around the whole area on a lovely path that winds through there. Spent an afternoon at the winery - within walking distance - and absolutely enjoyed the area. The home was spotless - very comfortable. We all want to come back! Thank you!

Plenty of living and sleeping space for every individual with open common areas that always brought everyone together for meals, games, etc. The game room (converted garage) got a lot of use, and we cooked huge meals in the large kitchen and on the grill. This property was absolutely perfect for a ten-person golf trip. Plenty of living and sleeping space for every individual with open common areas that always brought everyone together for meals, games, etc. The game room (converted garage) got a lot of use, and we cooked huge meals in the large kitchen and on the grill. This is our 2nd time staying in The Chalet and it never disappoints! We traveled with our chef who had plenty of room to move about the kitchen while prepping and preparing his masterpieces for us! Everyone had their own en-suite bedrooms which makes it nice for privacy. Game room, hot tub, location, outside patio and entire house is a must see!! Love this home!! Love the lazy Susan around dinner table and 6 bar stools around kitchen to watch the chef! Just awesome home all around!!

Fabulous memories made at The Chalet! Surprised my adult nieces & nephews & their kids with having an Executive Chef stay with us the entire weekend! The large chefs kitchen made it so easy for him to prepare breakfast and dinner for our family! We loved sitting at the spacious counter during happy hour to watch our chef explain his mouthwatering and delicious techniques. Great feature having a Lazy Susan in the center of the dining room table; perfect for passing the wine! Everyone felt cozy & right at home in this well appointed & spacious home and appreciated having their own private quarters and en-suite<br/>bathrooms. The kids enjoyed having their own play space in the bunk/media room. The garage game room had everything we wanted and is one of the nicest I've seen! Outdoors had ample seating and we took full advantage of the BBQ and relaxing hot tub! We even golfed one day <br/>at Rope Rider and it was fun when we were coming down the 5th fairway to see the backside<br/>of our outstanding home! This is the first time renting through All Season's and everyone was so nice and helpful! Early check-in AND late check-out was a special BONUS!! THANK YOU ASVR!! We loved the place so much we've rented<br/>The Chalet again same time next year!!

We had 15 people stay here for a family reunion over a weekend. The house was perfect. All the couples had a spacious room of their own and the rest of the adults slept comfortably in the big bunk room. It was perfect. And there was plenty of room for dining, moving around in the kitchen etc. and the game room in the garage was a big hit. This was our first time in Suncadia and it was beautiful. We rented the chalet for my mother in laws 90th birthday. We had 18 family members in attendance. The chalet was perfect for this event. Big enough for people to have their own space but also with large gathering areas so we could all eat together and hang out.

We had three generations gather for Christmas, and we had a fabulous time. Everyone had a space they could go to rest or to take a break. The rooms and beds are very comfortable. The game room was a definite winner for everyone. The location was great for sledding. The setting was picturesque as well. We were greeted with deer on two different occasions and had a lovely view of the falling snow. <br/><br/>Our family also enjoys to cooking. Meals were easy to prepare in the well appointed kitchen. One never knows the quality and amount of cooking supplies available, but this kitchen was definitely above and beyond the basics. <br/><br/>All in all we had a great time! We would definitely come again.

4 generations stayed at The Chalet for a weekend, and we had a great time. The garage/game room was a hit, and the 18 dining room chairs were terrific for meals and game time. We also appreciated the Christmas tree already set up. Our family would stay here again.

Very nice house and very clean. Pics made it look a little bigger but still pretty nice. Patio area is smaller and hot tub is outside beyond patio without lighting. Overall experience was good. We had for 5 couples total in our group. Bedrooms are very nice with king beds. The bunks are even queen sized.

Each of our cabins does have a 3D tour on the media tab on our All Seasons Vacation Rentals website also which helps. I will say though, that at 4000 square feet, The Chalet at Suncadia is a very spacious cabin! We'll have to look into the lighting around the hot tub. This is the first time we've had anyone comment on it. The owner definitely went out of his way to make sure the beds are comfy and desirable sizes! It's a wonderful cabin!

The "Chalet" was a gorgeous, upscale delight for our family fun weekend. We were thrilled to see the Christmas tree still up as this was our Christmas present to the family. The kiddos enjoyed the hot tub, game room, sleeping room, and many TV's throughout the house. It truly was a winter wonderland looking outside onto the golf course. We were intrigued with all of the large poster sized pictures displayed throughout the house. A truly fun weekend at Suncadia...thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. The rental and process from start to finish was simple and very consumer friendly. The house was every bit as beautiful as advertised. Every amenity you could ask for. The Prospector and Rope Rider golf courses are both impressive. Great stay, I would highly recommend The Chalet at Suncadia.

I traveled with a large party from China to Suncadia for a wedding. We had 8 adults and two kids. This house fit us perfectly and could have held a couple more. The interior is amazing, the beds are unreal and the garden in the back overlooking the golf course was beautiful.<br/>Communication from ASVR via their web app was seamless from the time I booked it until the time we left. They accommodated our early check in with no problem. This unit is particularly good as there are two open lots on either side. A lot of construction going on, but not an issue. It is also walking distance to Swiftwater Winery which we took advantage of. I played the golf course and was able to pick up my son on the 15th hole to finish out the round. I would come back here in a heartbeat.
