WELCOME TO ASPEN LODGE AND GUEST COTTAGE!
Escape to this beautiful 8 bedroom, 4.5 bath retreat situated on 5 wooded acres, just minutes from golf at the new Suncadia Resort and fishing on the blue-ribbon Yakima River. The property has a large front yard for family activities (horseshoes, basketball, badminton, playing in the snow), a play set for the kids, 3 holes of frisbee golf, and a private Hot Tub! Snowshoeing is a must during the winter and you'll enjoy the private 200ft sledding hill!

Very popular 6 bedroom 4,800 sq ft home, plus the additional 1,200 sqft - 2 BR Guest Cottage above the detached garage, capture the essence of a "Cabin Get-Away", with charming cabin details and the privacy of the surrounding mountains and forests!

This home features luxurious entertaining and family living spaces with 8 total bedrooms, 4.5 baths, full kitchen, great room, TV Lounge, gaming room, bonus TV Room, a covered entertainment deck, fire pit, and a 2-car garage. Starlink INet service was installed in August 2022!

This private retreat is nestled in the east slopes of the Cascade Mountains near Cle Elum, away from tourist traffic, it is conveniently located within minutes of shopping, dining and world-class outdoor pursuits.

The main house bedrooms come furnished with 1 King, 3 Queens, 2 Full over Full Bunk Beds, 1 Queen over Queen Bunk Bed, and 1 Full Murphy Bed in the private basement Den. Including the Den there are a total of 6 sleeping rooms in the main house. The Guest Cottage above the detached garage comes with 2 additional bedrooms. The Guest Cottage offers sleeping for 8 with a Queen Bed, and 3 sets of Twin over Twin Bunk Beds.

The main cabin features a well-designed gathering spaces, main floor vaulted cedar ceilings, a gas river rock fireplace with leather seating, pine accents and other natural stones throughout for the ultimate cabin ambiance! The 2 car attached garage is available for guests to use.

The fully stocked island kitchen in the main house is equipped with a large eating bar with seating for 6, and a dining table with seating for 10.

There's many rooms in the home designed for entertaining and relaxation. The home features large flatscreen TVs with FuboTV, DVD, surround sound, and comfortable seating areas. The downstairs entertainment rooms feature a wet bar, indoor sauna, pool table, ping pong, foosball, darts, and a gaming table! There's also a yoga room in the basement so you can work off all the big family meals. Just outside the entertainment rooms is an oversized cement patio equipped with a private Hot Tub!

The detached Guest Cottage above the garage consists of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably. One bedroom with a Queen, 2nd bedroom with two sets of Twin/Twin bunks, and a Twin/Twin Bunk in the great room. The Cottage is entirely self-contained with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and a gas stove. The great room has a TV with DVD. The guest cottage also offers AC for those warm summer nights! The Guest Cottage is across the oversized parking area from the main house.

Our group of 25 or so has been celebrating Thanksgiving together for 30 years. We have rented many houses over the years, and this one is the best. We rented both the cottage over the garage and the main house. It has plenty of room and beds for everyone. The location is great - it has good walking (crucial for digesting all that good food) right from the house, and is nicely out in the woods. Us Seattleites feel like we are far away from the city, yet is was only a bit over an hour's drive. The kitchen in the main house is reasonably well-appointed, and has 2 ovens plus a small countertop convection oven which was great for a big meal. The sauna and hot tub are nice bonuses. The basement had a great space for watching movies as well as playing pool and ping pong. Appreciated that there were ample tools for us to clean as we went - brooms, vacuums etc. and that there were plenty of garbage cans in the garage. Cleanup an checkout was easy because of these things. Wish there was recycling - we ended up hauling our back to the city. The reservation and contract process was easy. The app could use some work - the check-out procedures that were sent to me before our stay were a bit different than those that were sent toward the end of our stay, and the contact email within the app didn't work. It appears that the the app tracks when you are and are not at the property which is a bit creepy. <br/><br/>We love this property and will rent it again!<br/><br/><br/><br/><br/><br/>

This was the perfect spot to gather with my team for a couple of days. Close enough to stores and such if you forget any essentials, but secluded enough that you feel like you're away from the hustle and bustle. Everything was perfect for cooking, entertaining, and relaxing. Highly recommended.

We had 23 people in our family stay at the Aspen Lodge and guest cottage.<br/>We had a great time playing yard games, going in the hot tub and playing board games. There was plenty of room for everyone to eat at the large table inside and another table on the back deck. We had a beach day at Lake Cle Elum. Beautiful location. Felt secluded and private but had neighbors relatively close by, and wasn’t far into town (10 min). We held a family reunion here - with nearly 30 people varying from 70yo to toddler. It was a perfect fit for all of us. Our favorites were the many sitting/gathering areas, the large dining area + the large dining area on the back porch, the fire pit, the hot tub, and the play area. We definitely would recommend this property to anyone looking.

The property was exactly as described, and even more beautiful than pictures can capture. There is so much space all throughout the house for games, activities and to lounge, without disturbing someone in the next room or doing something else. The owners were very responsive quickly and very accommodating. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone with a larger group and my friends and I will be back next year!

This is the second time we have stayed in the Aspen Lodge with a large group. What we love about it is how many people it can accommodate <br/>, while still feeling like everyone has space. There are multiple “living” spaces to gather either relaxing by the fire, playing games, or enjoying a movie or sports game on the Tv. We also like how much property the house has, that way we do not irritate the neighbors. The kids in our group have stayed in the bonus house, and that has been really great for them to have their own space, while still on the same property. The outdoor space is great to sit and watch the snow fall, or sit around a big fire. <br/>The manage company has been wonderful to work with, answering calls and emails on the weekend when login issues arose.

My family and 5 other families stayed here to celebrate 3 birthdays. It really is the perfect house and setting for a big group like this. The kids had a blast. There was plenty of space for preparing big meals. And plenty of sleeping space. A clean and well-appointed home with lots of fun to keep everyone entertained.

We had a wonderful and memorable family reunion at the beautiful Aspen Lodge. The home had the feel of a comfortable lodge in the woods, remote and off the beaten track, yet only 15 minutes from shopping and the town. All of the bedrooms with the exception of a large bunk room in the downstairs were on one level making it easy access for all. The house was well insulated to drown out noise. The beds were all very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and there were plenty of towels for our group. There were lots of dining options, a large dining table inside and two outdoor picnic tables on different levels, and counter seating. The downstairs was a great party area with pool, ping pong, T.V, a bar etc. The outdoor cottage was wonderful for spill over guests. We absolutely loved our stay at the Aspen Lodge and would not hesitate for a moment to return.

This was a wonderful venue for our wedding reception. The views were gorgeous and the amenities kept everyone entertained from the hot tub, to movies, to billiards and the sauna. On top of that there was ample space for everyone to sleep comfortably and the multiple fridges made cooking and storing catering easy.<br/><br/>The pictures don’t do the interior justice, there is so much more room and space than is shown.<br/><br/>The only small thing I would say is the property managers sent someone to gab something from their shop without giving us any heads up so it was a little jarring having a random person walk in the morning after our celebration without any heads up. They were more than friendly and polite but some notice would have been appreciated. <br/><br/>Overall I highly recommend this place and would do it all over again without a second thought.

The house and guest house were quite lovely and clean. The kitchen could use some basics like measuring cups and mixing bowls. The hot tub water was cloudy. My only real complaint was with management. We had fewer people than we planned due to the pandemic, but I did not get a credit back for fewer people over 12 guests. We had 17 instead of 25. There was no reminder on the final payment statement, and I did not recall since I booked 8 months in advance. A reminder would have been a courtesy. Also, I think having to pay extra per person for more than 12 guests when the place sleeps 30 is ridiculous. Fair warning to anyone planning to book this lodge.

We often find items moved between the two kitchens, but we will make sure there are enough mixing bowls and measuring cups. I'm sorry there was a misunderstanding about the number of guests. When you book online your total cost will reflect the number of guests you book for. We do have variable pricing as we don't want to charge a group of 12 the same rate that a group of 28 would pay. In addition, you can receive a refund if your group ends up being smaller, but per our contract we need to be notified before your stay, not after. Thanks again for staying with us! I have to give this place a full 5 stars! I have rented many homes, in and out of Washington state, and this house is definitely one of my faves; we all want to come back here again soon, especially after it's snowed! The house is tucked away from the street and has plenty of privacy so you truly get that "out-in-nature" feeling. All of the beds are so comfortable and the decor made us feel right at home. The layout of the house worked great for us too, plenty of space for the kids and adults. The workout room and hot tub were a huge plus, along with the game tables and multiple TV rooms. The main feature we used on this trip was the kitchen and it didn't disappoint! We even brought some dishes and small appliances along in case the house didn't offer them but we found out it did and we don't need to bring so much with us next time haha. This house is perfect for big groups and multiple families and has everything you'll need for a wonderful woodsy vacation. I would recommend this house to anyone and hope to return soon myself.

This house and property is pretty much how every other reviewer indicates (AMAZING) so I'm going to try and add things I didn't read before I went for future renters. The set up is excellent. Master bedroom away from the other bedrooms on the main level provides privacy and private outdoor access. Master bath is excellent but there is no magnifying mirror.... in case it's needed bring your own. Kitchen was large and has everything needed to cook but bring your own ziplock bags and tupperware. TONS of fun in the basement. We spent every single night in the basement but bring your own pool chalk, darts and foosballs as none were found onsite. Also there are no children items... high chair, cribs, gates, etc. So if you need them bring them or rent them locally. We had a little snow while we were there but not enough to sled on the sledding hill but enough to play, have snowball fights, build a snowman and igloo and sled across the top of the property. Fire pit was excellent and hikes around the property were excellent. Covered porches to watch the grandkids play was wonderful. We didn't use the guest cottage because our whole family couldn't join but the setup was excellent. The house was in good shape for a rental and was very clean upon arrival. Hoping we can rent this treasure again! We had a wonderful Thanksgiving here!

This is our 3rd time at the Aspen Lodge and Guest is a wonderful place, with great amenities...pool,pingpong, poker table, huge dining table for board games, cozy fireplace with cozy chairs to lounge in. The evening we all got there was a special one too....granddaughter and her husband announced the upcoming arrival of a baby in the Fall, so next year we will have a new baby in the mix. We have gone to other nice places too, over the years,but by far the Aspen House and Guest House is our favorite.

It was amazing! We’re from Hawai’i, so driving up to the cabin and seeing it all lit up and snow all around, made our White Christmas dreams come true. The property was beautiful and cabin was clean and comfortable. Beds we clean We all loved and enjoyed sledding down the hills on the property. It was so much fun for the kids and adults. We had a little problem with the hot tub but we called All Seasons vacation rental and they sent someone right over to fix It so we could enjoy it the rest of our stay. The property was exactly what we were expecting but better. Our guests could not believe this house, there was so much to do for every age group. It rained the entire time we were there but that did not stop us from having an amazing time. The guest house was fantastic to have as we have two autistic children in our group, and the 30 people that were at the house was a bit much from them so having that guest house was so great for them to hang out in. Be aware that when they say streaming videos does not work, they mean it, but no problem choose from the hundreds of channels on cable they have there. The property was beautiful, we saw deer, coyotes, turkeys, and other creatures. It was close to Safeway and downtown to explore. We loved every part of our stay!

Aspen Lodge and Guest Cottage is the perfect spot for a large group. Our family celebrated our parents Anniversary over a 4 day weekend. It was a perfect central location for those attending from Eastern & Western Washington and also close enough to SeaTac to accommodate those attending from out of state. <br/>The large lawn was spacious enough to set up a volleyball game or multiple spike ball games, <br/>The basement had so much to offer with pool, pingpong, game table, foosball, and large comfy couches for good conversation spots. <br/>The hot tub was perfect for late night or early morning groups to gather also.<br/>The kitchen is large and made it easy to prepare and serve meals to a crowd. <br/>The beds were very comfortable and the bedroom layout made it easy to accommodate the multiple ages that attended.<br/>The house was very clean and well maintained.<br/>The setting is also so nice to feel like you are isolated from other houses and it has nice paved roads for walks to some pretty spectacular view spots.<br/>We Loved our stay and would definitely stay there again!

Mostly great, except the neighbors are pretty sensitive to noise so if you are planning on being noisy outdoors e.g. screaming kids or competitive corn hole you may have the HOA stopping in on you asking you to tone it down. Had a great weekend here but felt bad because as we were having some good, clean fun the HOA kept checking in on us and it made us feel like an inconvenience/nuisance to the neighbors.

We rented Aspen Lodge for our son's wedding. The lodge and cottage were very clean. Common spaces were great where everyone could spread out. We used the hot tub, several lounge areas - pool, Foosball, TVs. The large kitchen had more than enough pans, dishes, etc. Seating for 16 at table & counter! Extra refrigerators in garage and basement, which we needed. They had installed nightlights in the hallways and bathrooms which was helpful. Beds were comfortable, showers were good (bring own shampoo etc). Washer/dryer in both house and cottage. Iron & board was appreciated. Beautiful surroundings. Very dark at night, but no issue. Location is a little removed from town and the resort in a densely wooded area. Follow the driving directions from the owners rather than navigation - it is a wider/safer road for winding along in the woods. We enjoyed Roslyn Mexican Grill, The Brick & Basecamp & Village Pizza (Roslyn) and coffee at the Bistro (Cle Elum). Safeway in Cle Elum was great to get needed groceries. Driving up to Leavenworth was beautiful. FYI - Sleeping 30 means all full and queen beds have two people in them.

We rented the Aspen Lodge and Guest Cottage for a family reunion of 22 folks. It was a BLAST! The homes were well-maintained and well-equipped. Something for ALL ages. We had ages of 3-85. Tables for card playing, scrabble games as well as Ping Pong tournaments and World Cup Soccer playing!Any issues that came up the management was on it promptly. In the heat of August yellow jackets were a problem on the deck, but management had someone spray immediately which did help. The only item that needed assistance was that the 2nd stove did not work. We didn't notify the management because it was the last night when we noticed it. We did all our cooking there and they have virtually everything you would need which is wonderful. We had golfers that golfed at Sun Country Golf Course and tennis players that played at Suncadia. Found a book store to buy new reading material as well as a gift sore for souvenirs.Swiftwater Winery is great for tasting various flights of wines. Friendly people. For a large group, this is the ticket.Vacationers do need to look at their group as it pertains to couples, singles and kids, as several of their sleeping areas are rooms of MANY bunkbeds (single and double bunkbeds)Depending on the age of your kids this can work well---but not always. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for helping to make wonderful memories!

We had a great time at our stay at the house. It was perfect for our large group of family members. It was clean, the kitchen had all the utensils we needed, and the wooded view was spectacular. Laundry room in both houses was very useful, and the bedrooms were beautiful. It is a quiet and peaceful setting. We loved it.

The property was just what we needed. We had been unable to find other nice properties which would support our group of 30. Youth enjoyed hot-tub, and youth and adults enjoyed pool table, table tennis, horseshoes etc. Management was very helpful in returning to us a lost wallet and swim suite.

We met up at Aspen Lodge for my wife’s surprise 30th birthday. It is hard to find a place like this that can accommodate so many people. Everybody had a bed and there was plenty of room for everyone to hang out. We spent the whole day Saturday at the property as there was so much for every age group to do. Hot tub, exercise room, multiple entertainment rooms with large couches, ping pong, pool table, outdoor play structure, fire pit, hiking path. The large kitchen was well stocked with all of the utensils and pots/pans to cook meals. Our family has met up in many places and this is the best vacation rental we have had.

We had a lovely time in this home. Layout was perfect for our group of 8 couples. We had our own sleeping areas, the layout gave us plenty of space for group chatting/individual quiet. My college group has gone on a yearly weekend retreat, and we celebrated our 32nd anniversary at the Aspen Lodge. We've gone some nice places, but it was unanimous that we will come here next year too. The house is huge, has everything anyone could want, was very clean and well stocked. Close to the city, close to hiking, Salmon La Sac, Roslyn, Suncadia, and Cle Elem. The management company was excellent and so accommodating. Just wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you!

Our family looked forward all year to our third visit to Aspen Lodge for vacation together. For months the teen boys dreamed of billiards, movies, and ping-pong together. The younger kids reminisced of times together doing crafts with their aunt and hoped for more of the same. The adults looked forward to the amazing accommodations, and Grandpa and Grammy longed for "down time" with family (and time in the hot tub!).<br/>With the rental of the very well-appointed guest cottage in addition to the home this year, our three families (6 adults and 11 kids ages 1 to 14) could maintain their normal waking and sleeping schedules without bothering each other. Each familyappreciated that!<br/>We especially appreciated the care we got from the property managers as we enjoyed our "winter wonderland" vacation. From timely snow removal and houses warmed and waiting for us to quick answers to our questions, the folks at All Seasons Vacation Rentals were friendly and helpful.<br/>We LOVE this property and would recommend it for families who want to be together but need some quiet corners for the introverts in the family. <br/>Note: This year we really did NEED 4 wheel drive vehicles to access this property in the deep snow (even though the pass was clear), but the sledding and snow play was so fun that we didn't need to leave the property once we arrived. <br/>

We invited two other families to join us for some downtime post Christmas. The house is awesome - very well designed and laid out, good use of space and decorated tastefully. My group had such a blast we enjoyed all of the fun things to do in this cabin ! The hot tub was great the beds were comfy ! I loved the kitchen and master bathroom. The tubs with jets was a bonus. We brought a bunch of stuff for smores but with the snow the fire pit was buried. when we were leaving our car was dead and we forgot jumper cables. We tore up the whole house and garage and I called the owners but they didn't answer. So we had to go find a neighbor that let us borrow them this was the only downfall. Everything else was SPACTACULAR ! We will be back

What a great property. There were so many things to do that kept us occupied - pool, ping pong, horse shoes, Frisbee, swings, hot tub, etc. And definitely plenty of room for all of us in this big house. The only negative had to be the yellow jackets - three of us got stung and it did prevent us from using the outside activities as much as we would have liked.

The home is beautiful, all of the appointments and furnishings comfortable. The only negative was the master bedroom shower. The drain was so slow that you couldn't use with back to back ten minute showers. The main shower head was also low on pressure and volume, which added to the frustration. Otherwise, very comfortable including guest apartment over the detached shop/garage. The management was very helpful and accommodating. Again, overall a beautiful, comfortable and fun place to stay.

This property was one of very few we found in snow country in our state big enough to comfortably house our 17 member friend/family group and we are so pleased we found it! Suffice it to say that the house and grounds deliver everything the website promises and more. It's a beautiful, immaculate home, well appointed and well stocked, with more to do than you'll find time to do it in. The activities and amenities promise something for everyone - from snow shoeing and sledding right out the back door to relaxing by the fire in a cozy chair, enjoying the snowy country view through the huge, sparkling windows. The property was in great condition and the property managers were attentive to our every question and need. We will be back!

This amazing home and stellar guest cottage were perfect for our family's President's Weekend Getaway. Plenty of room for the kids to play and the adults to relax. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was wonderful and the owners have ample storage, utensils, dishes, glasses and platters for large parties vacationing in this home. Our family was thoroughly entertained by the TVs, foosball and pool tables, etc. The laundry room is huge! We were delighted that there were long skewers for smores, as we dug out the fire pit and had a bonfire while it was snowing! Our family even played tetherball in the snow and used the play structure. This property is absolutely outstanding! Kevin, Wendie and Marcia are fabulous! They were extremely helpful and curteous. We will definitely be renting from All Seasons VR again!

We spent a weekend in this beautiful home with friends from all over the state. There were 14 adults and this home provided more than enough room for all of us. The home offers every amenity you could hope for. There was even a brand new hot tub when we arrived! This house is ideal for gatherings if friends and family. And we're all trying to figure out when we can come back again. This is by far the nicest vacation rental we've ever stayed in, and All Seasons were wonderful to work with. This is a beautiful home, with great amenities including pool table, foosball for kids. Accomodated our family well. Separate apt above garage helpful. We rented Aspen Lodge and the Guest Cottage for two days for a work offsite and it was perfect in every way! Lots of beds and sleeping room. We counted 10 singles and 5 queens / kings. Plenty of large rooms to hang out in and play games in. Fun extras like pool table, ping pong table, foosball table, and small gym. Located in an extremely quiet neighborhood, but only about ~8 minutes from the freeway and ~12 minutes from Safeway. Overall, house was high quality, clean, and a really great time.

We held our company’s semi-annual leadership offsite event. We wanted to do something different this year. We wanted a place that provided a different atmosphere, one that would quickly breakdown departmental and functional lines/barriers, spark creativity, build trust and foster team dynamics, and one that exuded fun throughout. Aspen Lodge met every one of our criteria, and even exceeded our highest expectations. I extend my gratitude to All Seasons Vacation Rents for making this such a successful event for us. You folks went above and beyond (thanks for opening the Barn to us). You are a Top Notch Organization! <br/>•Having heard that we will be holding our next corporate event at this lodge as well, I lied to my wife when she asked if I had fun. “No honey, it was all work and no play, and unfortunately, I have to do it again in 6 months.” Of course I didn’t tell her that every night we played Basketball, Frisbee golf, Horse Shoes, Tetherball, Ping Pong, Billiards, Darts, hiked on the wooded trails, watched sports (on my choice of three Big Screen TV rooms), and poured myself drinks every night from the Full-size wet bar. Nope, that wasn’t fun? <br/>•That was the most productive offsite we’ve ever held, and in my opinion, it can all be credited to the venue. Whoever chose that place deserves a bonus.<br/>•Holding the conference each day in the barn was brilliant, it sure beat the usual hotel banquet room setting.<br/>•Trivia night in the barn and Line-dancing on the properties Tarmac was so much fun, thank you!<br/>•Thanks for inviting me this year; I learned so much about the business and had so much fun at the lodge. Can you please send me the contact information for the lodge as I’d like to hold my family reunion there next year?

The property is the perfect set-up for Adults looking for rest and relaxation, and a place for their children to run around and play (both inside and out...plenty of house(s) and property) while leaving the adults to their rest and relaxation:). We considered it an ideal lodge/cabin for family getaways, but now that we know the place is so roomy and expansive, we'll be holding our next family reunion there, as well as corporate events for my company. The kids keep asking when we are going back...the answer is always the same, not soon enough! Well done to All Seasons Rentals!!

Could use a hot tub and access to the workout rooom would add to whats there. open space in basement cries out for ping pong table.
