This newly constructed modern-mountain home in Suncadia Resort is nestled on a quiet lot in the desirable Nelson Preserve neighborhood. Enjoy the commanding territorial views from the large back deck featuring a private hot tub. This beautiful retreat is expertly furnished and everyone in the family will enjoy the large open-concept great room. This luxurious home boasts over 3,800 square feet of living space spread across two floors. The heated garage game room will be a hit with the whole family! This is a perfect retreat for 5 to 6 couples or multiple families. (Please no pets, thank you!)

As you enter the home you’ll be inspired by the large, open-concept, great room with soaring, 30ft. ceilings, comfortable couches, and a 70” Smart TV with FuboTV. The accordion glass doors open up to the spacious deck featuring a private hot tub, gas grill, comfortable outdoor furniture, and a dining table for 6. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the panoramic views of the Pacific Northwest’s natural beauty.

The fully stocked kitchen is ready to provide everything you will need for fantastic family dinners or feeding a large group. It boasts stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and an oversized island prep area with seating for 6. The chef’s in the family will appreciate the double ovens and the 6-Burner gas cooktop. The dining table is just steps away and seats 6 comfortably. There is also a 2nd fridge just steps away in the mudroom.

The heated garage game room is a great place for the whole family to hang-out and enjoy some spirited competition. The room features a ping-pong table, shuffleboard table, skee-ball, 2 video arcade games, and a TV lounge with FuboTV.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
* The main floor master has a king size bed, smart TV, and an attached private bath with a large dual head shower, and double sinks.
* The guest suite on the main floor features a king size bed, smart TV, and a private bath with a tile shower.
* There are two additional master suites on the 2nd floor. Each has a queen bed, smart TV, and a private bath with a shower.
* On the 2nd floor there is a king bedroom, that is supported by a guest bath in the hallway.
* The large bunk room features three sets of twin over full bunk beds. This room also has a TV lounge with a 70” smart TV and a covered deck with views of the forest and distant mountains. (This room sleeps 9)

** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Pools or Fitness Center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this home. Suncadia does not allow street parking; please park all your cars on the paved driveway. There is room for 5 to 6 cars in the driveway.

**The home is protected with external security cameras in the front.

We booked this house in December for a family reunion. Everyone had their own bathrooms and the bunk bed room was the best for all the cousins to talk till midnight. We had a little snow and a slight mis-hap with the septic so we called and they were out to fix the problem in less than 15 min! We were so impressed with the great communication provided when there were questions. The large counter space and table was perfect for this group. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a fun family reunion experience staying at Crooked Pine. We were disappointed that we weren't able to use Suncadia pool facilities, but were able to spend time at the play areas at Nelson Farm and at nearby Speelyi beach on Cle ELum Lake (arrive early to avoid the crowds). We also spent a day in Leavenworth. As to restaurants, be sure to call ahead for large groups - at least one Cle Elum restaurant was not able to accommodate our group.<br/><br/>The house: The house is beautiful and spacious with a nice view of the surrounding area. While the pictures of Crooked Pine show nice green grass in the yard, that was not the case when we arrived - the yard was dry and dusty with sparse dry grass. The garage playroom was nice, although some of the equipment is functional but in need of repair. Note that noise from the playroom can be heard clearly in the bedrooms above. That became clear on the first morning after we arrived. <br/><br/>The kitchen is well-stocked, but lacks good frying pans. It was wonderful to have two dishwashers! The main beds are very firm and only have heavy duvet covers (no blankets). Pillows are minimal. There are many bathrooms but only one bathtub in the house. Also be aware that the back porch has no railings (up to 2-ft drop in places). There are no blinds on the west-facing living and dining room windows (full window wall in the living room). The afternoon sun was pretty intense through them.
