Come enjoy this brand new, stunning 3,000 square foot home in Suncadia Resort. Spend time relaxing in the large great room with connecting kitchen or appreciate the surrounding beauty while sitting in your own private hot tub. This home was built for entertaining, with a floor to ceiling open face fireplace, gourmet eat-in kitchen, over-sized leather sectional, and an 80” TV. Elk View Lodge is the perfect vacation setting for the whole family.

The huge Chef’s Kitchen features granite slab counters, stainless appliances, and all the cooking appliances you’ll need to make fabulous in home meals. There’s dining for 10 around the large, granite center island.

Just off the great room is a fabulous covered entertainment patio that features a gas fire pit, dining table, comfortable couch set, and a private Hot Tub. The patio is a great spot to sit back, relax and enjoy the local wildlife! The property backs up to open space and one of Suncadia’s hiking/biking trails.

The master bedroom is located on the 1st floor with a King Bed, TV w/Dish, and a beautiful en-suite private bath. The bath features an amazing soaking tub, large walk-in tile shower, and double sinks.

Just down the hallway off the kitchen is a Guest Suite with a Queen Bed, large TV w/Dish, and a private bathroom with a Tub/Shower combo.

The third bedroom on the main floor is a kid’s bunk room, complete with two sets of Twin over Twin Bunks, and a large TV with Dish and XBox 360. The bunk room is supported by a guest bath with a tile shower.

Down a corridor and up a flight of stairs is the second floor guest apartment. The main room has a King Bed, large TV w/Dish, and a kitchenette. Through a door off the main room is a bunk room with a Twin over a Full Bunk. The guest apartment has its own private bath with double sinks and a tub/shower combo. The guest apartment is ideal for a family of 5.

Elk View Lodge is an ideal location for 2 to 3 families or 4 couples!

** PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and fitness center at this time due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged an $80 to $110 nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 5 cars in the driveway. Suncadia does not allow street parking.

Wonderful House! We played Shuffleboard, Ping Pong, Ring Darts, Uno and various other games. The Kitchen was great to cook in. The yard lovely to sit out and enjoy the deer and chipmunks. The beds were comfortable. The TV's plentiful. Wi-Fi worked great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. ASVR is always great to work with, the house keepers do a wonderful job. Neighbor is sensitive to noise after 10PM....just an FYI. However, the Manager was great and after learning this we moved in at 10PM from the outside. Shuffleboard was great, the place is beautiful and comfortable. Great Stay. I would say the only issue with this house is if you want to sit around and chat in the evening (we had 12 adults) after 10 PM (noise ordinance), the neighbor will call Security. Other than that everything was great and even when the Property Mgr called us to discuss, they were very understanding. I gave 4 stars on the location because of the neighbor, we would have liked to have been outside chatting if possible.

The Elk View Lodge was perfect for our family of 8. Five adults and three kids. The large home with 5 bedrooms gave everyone room. The huge kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Do bring your own special spices, etc. Would recommend Dish TV instructions for those who aren't familiar with it. The All Seasons Vacation staff was very accommodating. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in this luxury home, my son loved our bath tab. Was super fun having a hot tub while snowing (again my son was super happy) and kitchen was spacious. The house very very clean. We will come back to this house for sure.

Property very much as described. Well equipped, but no start up amenities other than toiletries and scant S/P, so pack coffee, sugar, foil, etc as recommended by mgmt. (Safeway in Cle Elum is an easy short drive to purchase what you need/want after checking in.) There were 9 of us including kids 2, 2.5, 4.5 and 6. We used 3 bdrms for 2 couples, 1 for grandmother; older 2 kids in one bunk room, 2.5yo in second bunk room (different bedtime and still napping), youngest in pack and play (which we brought along) in closet off main bdrm. Sledding hill right outside door, deer making their presence outside our living room Christmas - magical! This was our second Christmas and second property in Suncadia; looking forward to many more.

Elk View Lodge was the perfect choice for our family of 11 to spend Thanksgiving! The home is exactly as described. Spacious, well appointed and extremely clean and well maintained. If your group is interested in cooking, then this is place for you! The kitchen is extremely large, with an abundance of counter space and a huge island that seated all of us. No need to bring anything to make those meals! In addition to everything you would expect there was a juicer, waffle maker, electric turkey roaster, food processor, coffee grinder, and much more. Everything was new and spotless. It made cooking for Thanksgiving a breeze! <br/>The great room with the beautiful fireplace was a lovely place to spend time and the sofa is big enough to all enjoy it together. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and the layout of the house was perfect for our group. The bedrooms are basically spaced out over two wings making it perfect for a large group. Everyone enjoyed the large fire pit in the evening as well!<br/>The area is beautiful and conducive to walking around the neighborhood. <br/>Communication was easy and all the instructions were clearly detailed. Check in and out was seamless. Would highly recommend Elk View Lodge!

We brought together extended family and had a wonderful time. We could all actually fit at the table, the kitchen worked well for large meals and there were enough bathrooms! Fir pit was nice. There are large power lines in the field area not too far from the house. Property was very clean.

The setting in the resort opened up easy access to the trails to ride bikes, proximity to park etc. The house had every amenity conceivable, kitchen totally stocked, towels and linens very fresh - it really felt like being at home. What we really liked was that the majority of the bedrooms were on the main floor so everyone felt a sense of being closer together. We made full use of being around the huge firepit at night, hot tub. The property manager was very communicative and everything was straightforward to follow in terms of procedures and instructions. We'd definitely recommend this home and would come back ourselves again.

The place is set up perfectly for a large family. the kitchen is well-eqiopped. There is a huge table that accommodates everyone for food, cooking together, and games. It is a great place! One caution to future renters - some people may not like the fact that the place is right next to big power lines. This did not bother our group, but I know some people are concerned about being near them and I think they should be aware of this before they rent, and not when they walk in the door. It truly is a beautiful space.

Very comfortable home to relax and unwind in. Walking trails close by. Everyone in our party had a wonderful time. Can't wait to come back when Covid restrictions aren't in effect so we can enjoy more of what the area has to offer.

This house was beautiful! We really enjoyed the unique layout of the home. We also loved the outdoor space. Behind the house is a large field that is great for a small sledding adventure. <br/><br/>The only downfall was the cleanliness of the home, and the Wifi wasn't working. I am sure those issues aren't everyday occurrences and that another guest probably wouldn't experience the same things.<br/><br/>Overall I would recommend this home. We really enjoyed our time here.

The home was spacious, clean, on a great street and the property management was quick to help. The only issue we had was with the stove which was gas, didn't turn on easily, and felt like a hazard.

Great quiet location. Perfect for the family with it's separate little apartment. We loved the seclusion and deer came to the house every day which the kids loved. Enjoyed walks on the trails. Unfortunately none of the parks or pools were open - but the guys enjoyed golf. <br/><br/> Do suggest that they use some WD-40 on all of the doors as they are noisy.<br/>The kitchen is large -plenty of glasses and dishes, great knifes but not stocked with good pots and pans. Or any condiments. Fancy stove that is difficult to use and the oven needs to be cleaned.... <br/><br/>

Rustic, mountain lodge styling but certainly not roughing it. Very comfortable accommodations for our family of 10. Gorgeous weather drew us outside but it would have been terrific to curl up inside on a glorious snowy day. Well appointed kitchen and comfortable beds, terrific fire pit--not sure what more we could have asked for except maybe a longer stay.

It was a very relaxing much needed trip for everyone. We played golf and went to lake cle Elum. There was a mouse in the house that we could not catch. It was a little too warm in the upstairs rooms above the garage. Other than that it was perfect.<br/>

We had a great stay at Elk View Lodge. The house was all that was described and more. Exceptionally clean and well appointed. Beds were comfortable and the area was nice and quiet. There were only 4 adults in our party but this home can accommodate many more with its 5 bedrooms. There was a hot tub but we never seemed to make it back in time (or stay up late enough -lol!) to use. We took advantage of the resort amenities by playing golf everyday, hiked and biked the trails and enjoyed dining and wine tasting at Stillwater Winery which was very good (have to admit much better than the resort restaurant Portals). We even took a day trip to Leavenworth, WA (worth the drive) and enjoyed the farmers market in Cle Elum (nice fresh fruits and veggies + much more). We all highly recommend this home and appreciated the opportunity to stay there!

We had a wonderful time at Elk View Lodge. The kitchen is gorgeous and the perfect place to sit around and visit, eat and drink. The Island is huge, sits 10 people comfortably! The bedrooms are all very well decorated and beds very comfortable. Excellent location, about mile walk to winery, we had a beautiful sunny day for a nice long walk. Hot tub was fun.
