One of Suncadia’s most private and scenic settings perched above two ponds and Rope Rider’s Par 3 Hole #2. Relax and take in the views from the patio and private Hot Tub! Enjoy a short 200 yard walk to Tennis, Horseshoes, Kid’s Play Structure, Frisbee Golf, Basketball, and much more at Suncadia’s Dawson Park. A short walk up the hill and you’ll be at Swiftwater Winery and the Rope Rider Clubhouse. Designed to relax and entertain with family and friends, Frog Point will impress all your guests!

Spend quality time with the family relaxing in the large great room or appreciate the surrounding beauty while sitting in your own private hot tub looking out over the water and golf course. This home was built for entertaining, with a floor to ceiling ledge stone gas fireplace, gourmet eat-in kitchen, TV Den, and large 2nd Floor Bonus/TV Lounge.

The King Master Suite on the first floor has direct access to the patio, a Smart TV, and en-suite bathroom features a large soaking tub and a huge walk in shower. The Main Floor Guest Suite features a King Bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The main wing of the home features two 2nd floor bedrooms and a guest bath with a shower. The east wing bedroom has a King Bed, Queen Bed, and 1 Double Bed (sleeps 6). The west wing bedroom has 2 Twin Beds and a Twin over a Twin Bunk (sleeps 4).

Up a flight of stairs off the kitchen and you’ll enter the large bonus bedroom above the garage. This room has a King Bed, and 2 Twin Beds (sleeps 4). There is also a SmartTV with DVD, and comfortable leather furniture.

This house is perfect for a large family or group getaway, stay inside and catch up in the great room, gather in the dining room over great food, or relax around the gas fire pit making evening s’mores!

(The Owners of Frog Point have a dog that visits the cabin with them. This cabin is not pet friendly otherwise, so please be advised that individuals with pet allergies may be affected. No other pets are allowed. )

** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and fitness center at this time due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged an $80 to $95 nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 6 cars in the driveway. Suncadia prohibits street parking. **

Our group had a wonderfull time , there was plenty of room for everyone , it was so peacefull . Very beautiful home. We also enjoyed sleding and ice skating and evenings by the fire. A weekend was not long enough wish we could of stayed longer.

Everything was nice except I think the duvet covers need to be laundered - we noticed stains on them from a different guest so a little gross in my opinion. Also the kitchen pans were awful. Well used. Not great for cooking.

This home was for a family gathering. It was not a good home for young kids. The backyard dropped off and had direct access to large pond. The only tub was in the master that had to be shared with all children to bath. <br/><br/><br/>The kitchen was not stocked with cooking items for large group cooking. No griddle, waffle iron, and only one large fry pan. <br/><br/>When we used the outdoor grill it smoked so bad the fire alarm went off. We had to clean it thoroughly in order to use it. We enjoyed our stay at Frog Point. Upon arrival the lights were on and a decorated Christmas tree in place. A perfect place to celebrate the holidays with our family. The house was stocked with every item needed and was very clean. We enjoyed the hot tub overlooking the winter wonderland.

We brought 12 people to a weekend retreat. The kitchen is perfect for all those standing around conversations on the island with snacks. The fireplace main room was easy to seat everyone in a circle for good conversation. Bedrooms all had comfy and ample beds for everyone to sleep in their own bed. Backyard patio with chairs and fire pit also a peaceful place to have good conversation. Everything was clean, easy to find, and overall a wonderful place for the retreat.

Fabulous weekend celebrating a reunion at this beautiful home. The layout was perfect for our large group with plenty of spaces to congregate and beds for all. The location is beautiful overlooking a pond and the golf course, and the weather was perfect so that we could enjoy the outdoor entertaining spaces as well. We had a lovely stay at Frog Point. The house is beautiful and cozy. It's a perfect PNW getaway place and plenty to enjoy for all ages. My favorite part of the home was the stunning fireplace. The layout was great and offered a lot of privacy overlooking a nice pond. We would definitely stay again.

The house and property were amazing! We had a large group and it never felt crowded. The kitchen is amazing and we spent a lot of time around the fire pit. The hosts were very accessible when we had a question and the check in/out process was very easy. I highly recommend this house.

Our family has stayed Frog Point in the past, and we had a mother great time. The privacy and flexibility of the house makes Frog Point the best location in Suncadia in our opinion....

Frog Point was the perfect home for our family get-together! The layout of the home was amazing, and the kitchen and dining area made for wonderful meals together. The view of the golf course and surrounding woods was spectacular, yet secluded enough for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay and were lucky enough to receive 4 inches of snow one night. We rented ski gear at the Inn the next morning and ventured out onto the golf course covered with snow. It was so sunny and peaceful. We had a perfect stay.

Perfect Getaway for a team offsite

I rented this house along with another house for a 3 day work offsite. The location was perfect for our group. We had a casual meeting in the living room each day and cooked as a team one of the nights. The house had everything we needed to keep us comfortable. The view of the golf course was really nice as well as the fire pit for use in the evenings.

We had a perfect stay at Frog Point. Three family members have birthdays in the same week in June so my sons and grandchildren came to be together and to celebrate. The house provided the ideal balance of privacy and togetherness.

We had an excellent stay at Frog Point. We hosted a team retreat and it was the perfect location to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and unwind. The living room is cozy but bright and open. Everything was clean and well taken care of and we didn't have any of our needs unmet. It's a very well stocked house. Would definitely come back!
