"The Getaway" is located in the heart of Suncadia Resort in the desirable Trailhead Townhome complex. This is a luxurious, pet friendly home that boasts four master suites, a private hot tub, and backs up to the driving range! Centrally located within a short walk to the Glade Spring Spa, dinner at the Lodge, or the Prospector Golf Course. This beautifully furnished home features a full kitchen, living room, 4 bedrooms, and 4.5 bathrooms. This is an ideal retreat for 2 to 3 families or 4 couples.

From the moment you walk in the door you’ll feel right at home in this luxurious four bedroom townhome. The main living area boasts a fully stocked granite kitchen with stainless appliances and a gas cooktop. The dining table accommodates 6 comfortably with an additional 2 at the kitchen bar. The comfortable couches and chairs offer a relaxing spot to watch your favorite show or just warm up around the cozy gas fireplace.

Just off the great room is a fantastic outdoor living space with views of the Prospector Golf Course driving range, a private hot tub and a gas fire table.

The layout of the house was great for my big family. We did enjoy our stay. I do have a few feedbacks. I know this property is pet friendly but we came into a house with matted white pet hair under dining room chairs and pet feces in the backyard, on our last day when we stripped the beddings, there were pet hairs on the bed as well. The kitchen garbage was pretty dirty on the side.

The house was a perfect location and loved how each bedroom had its own bathroom! The kitchen was well stocked too! We came for a weekend that had abnormally low temperatures (below 0 degrees) where the kitchen faucet and dishwasher did not work due to frozen pipes. Luckily pipe material made it low risk for water main break, and the property management company was so helpful in helping find solutions to thaw the frozen pipe and offering to try to find us another home. We ended up staying because we didn't want to give up the location and great set-up, and the laundry sink worked great for hand washing. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

This house is in a perfect location, the floor plan was great for our 5 adults and 2 kids. The extras such as makeup removers were a great touch. Everything was spotless and worked well. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans.

From the moment I walked in the front door I knew I made the right choice!! This unit is tastefully appointed and loved the large sectional in the family room and recliner. The hightop dining room table nice as well as the barstools around the island. My family commented how comfy the beds were and bonus we all had en-suites! Unit appeared bigger than it was and we enjoyed the grassy backyard and extra camping chairs and cute round table & chairs. Love being able to overlook the driving range at Prospector Golf Course! Loved our stay and the managemnt was so easy to work with!! 10++

We chose Suncadia for our annual golf trip. The Getaway- New was perfect for the 4 of us. The only issue was the construction next door. It was windy both days and the dust was a little much at times. Other than that, the place worked well for us!

Location is across the street from The Lodge and a short walk to the Inn and Stovehouse restaurant. Close to all resort amenities. Home was clean and beds were comfortable. The little fenced yard worked great for our dog and we also enjoyed the fire pit/table. Only suggestion would be to get a Keurig coffee maker and a few more wine glasses. Parking is also very tight and minimal but it would not stop us from staying here again.

My family really enjoyed staying at the Getaway. The three master suites allowed everyone to have their own space. We had dogs with us, and it was convenient to have a small fenced yard. Unfortunately, we had fire alarm issues during our stay. All Seasons was quick to get a maintenance team out to assist.

Our family of 7 adults & 2 small dogs had plenty of space to enjoy ourselves. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was a huge bonus. The fenced-in backyard was a perfect area for the dogs to play. This house was perfect for our family vacation. It was new, very clean, and well appointed. We loved that each couple/family had their own king room and bathroom. The fenced in back yard worked out well for the small children in our group. It is so close to the main lodge, golf course and pool facility. There is construction going on right now, so bring earplugs if you stay here before the project ends. The construction noise wasn't a big deal and everything else about the property was perfect.

Overall the home was perfect besides minor kitchen sink faucet problems and beeping noises from the house. We loved the walking distance to the main lodge and golf range. The construction nearby early in the morning can be a deterrent to stay at this rental but we were okay with the noise.

The Getaway House is nearly new with great bedrooms, kitchen and living room areas. Major condo construction next to house on Friday and Saturday was noisy (owner failed to notify of this). BBQ in back is too small for family use.

The framing and major work is done. There is so much construction in the resort right now that it is difficult to now when houses are breaking ground and being completed.
