WELCOME TO PA’S PLACE
This newly constructed modern-mountain home in Suncadia Resort boasts a huge great room with soaring 25’ ceilings, a spacious and private outdoor living space, and a fantastic garage game room. Pa’s Place backs up to a green belt and is within a short 5min walk to Battista Park! This luxurious home features four expertly furnished bedrooms and three and a ½ baths spread out over 2,800 square feet of living space. This is a perfect retreat for 3 to 4 couples or multiple families.

As you enter the home you’ll be inspired by the large, open-concept, great room with soaring ceilings, a gas ledgestone fireplace, comfortable couches, and a 70” Smart TV. This room opens up to the spacious covered patio boasting plenty of comfortable seating, a large private hot tub, gas fire pit, and a gas BBQ.

The fully stocked kitchen is ready to provide you everything you will need for fantastic family dinners or feeding a large group. It boasts stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and an oversized island prep area with seating for 4. The large dining table is just steps away and seats 10 comfortably.

The garage game room is a great place for the whole family to hang out and enjoy quality time together. The games include ping-pong, pop-o-shot, and a pool table.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
• The main floor master has a king size bed, flat screen TV, and a private bath.
• The junior master on the 2nd floor features a king bed, flat screen TV, and a private bath.
• The 2nd bedroom on the upper floor has a king bed, and shares a large dual sink bathroom with the bunk room.
• The 2nd floor bunk room sleeps 6 across has two sets of twin over twin bunks, and two twin beds. This room also features a TV lounge for the children and a small deck.

**The owners of Pa's Place have a dog that visits the cabin infrequently. Although the cabin is not pet friendly otherwise, be advised that individuals with pet allergies may be affected.

** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Pools or Fitness Center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this home. Suncadia does not allow street parking, so please park all your cars on the paved driveway.

House was in excellent condition, beautiful property and setting. High ceilings made it hard to stay warm. The bunk beds upstairs were designed for small children so house can comfortably fit 3 couples and 6 kids. Unfortunately we had 7 adults and 3 teenagers so sleeping was not great

Pa's Place is a fantastic house for a large family or a few families. We had an amazing time cooking in the kitchen, sitting by both the fireplaces (indoor & outdoor) and playing in the game room. Property was super clean and well stocked with all the needs. This is a must for your next rental house needs! Communication with All Seasons was fantastic.

We loved Pa's place and had a relaxing, fun stay! The game room, fire pit, hot tub and location that was steps away from Batista park were all perfect for our family, which includes two young kids. Pa's place was generously sized for us + in-laws and incredibly comfortable.

What a peaceful time in a lovely place ... lovely decor, plenty of fuzzy blankets to curl up under with a good book, impressively stocked kitchen supplies (and that's saying something from me!), fun non-TV activities in the garage (too cold for the bikes yet but good to know they were there for another time), yet lots of TV's for those times when we each just wanted to recharge batteries alone, very private yard, loved the hot tub, very responsive hosts ... Running out of ways to say how much we loved our stay and would come back again!

Well equipped house with everything you need. Nice hot tub. Great kitchen and eating space. Enjoyed the pool table and ping pong. Appreciated the pac n play for our little one. Nice clean grill, cozy fire-pit, and even had sleds for the kids to borrow for the winter sledding hill at the driving range. Fun weekend. Watch out for deer and wild turkeys!

Pa’s Place was ideal for our multigenerational weekend in the mountains! I were able to all partake in the Winter Activities of Suncadia, whether as an entire group or different sub-groups. First walk-in to the house it was so open and beautiful! Plenty of space for our 6 adults and 2 children! We stayed in the house for majority of the time because there is so much to do!
