WELCOME TO SUNNYSIDE LODGE AT SUNCADIA
Spectacular, custom Suncadia home overlooking the 17th hole of the Rope Rider Golf Course. Step through the front door and you’ll be greeted by a spacious, open-concept great room that flows out to a large outdoor living area. This home was built for entertaining, with a floor to ceiling gas fireplace, gourmet eat-in kitchen, garage game room, and a spacious entertaining patio. Sunnyside Lodge is an ideal location for a large family gathering or multiple couples.

The chef’s kitchen features granite slab counters, stainless appliances, and all the cooking appliances you’ll need to make fabulous in home meals. There’s seating for 3 at the large kitchen bar, and the large dining table seats 8 comfortably.

Just off the great room is a fabulous entertainment patio that features a gas fire pit, outdoor sectional couch, dining table, and a gas BBQ!
The main floor master bedroom is located on the 1st floor with a King Bed, and TV w/DirecTV. The connecting master bath features a large tile shower, and double sinks.

Upstairs you will find 4 additional bedrooms. The first bedroom is a master suite complete with a King Bed, TV w/DirecTV and private en-suite bath. The second bedroom boasts a King Bed. The third bedroom is equipped with a Queen Bed and TV w/DirecTV, and the fourth bedroom has 2 sets of Twin over Twin Bunk Beds. There are 2 additional guest bathrooms with showers on the main floor and second floor.

**The owners of Sunnyside Lodge have a small dog that visits the cabin infrequently. Although the cabin is not pet friendly otherwise, be advised that individuals with pet allergies may be affected.

(Bikes pictures in the garage are not for guest use. You can however, rent bikes at the Suncadia Pavilion or Ride Roslyn on Pennsylvania St.)

** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and fitness center at this time due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a $100 nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 5 cars are allowed in the driveway. Suncadia does not allow street parking. Additional vehicles are welcome to park at overflow parking at The Inn at Suncadia. **

The house was wonderful for a girls weekend. We enjoyed the backyard especially the fire pit. In the garage there was ping pong and shuffle board and we had a great time playing. <br/>The only thing that was a bit concerning was the floor downstairs needed a good cleaning and while we were there the hot tub didn’t heat up. However, when I called All Seasons they sent someone out ASAP.

We had a really nice stay at the Sunnyside Lodge. We were in town for a wedding at the winery. It was a great place for our large family. Our favorite thing was being able to see all the stars! Each night we went out onto the green behind the house and watched the shooting stars and the comet. The backyard was the best place to enjoy the sunshine and occasionally chat with the friendly golfers that were enjoying the golf course. ** Note of caution - the speed bumps on the road to the house are brutal! If you have a low vehicle drive super slow.

We held a 3 generation family vacation at the Lodge and had a great time. There is plenty to keep busy with in the Lodge itself and the Suncadia area is also full of fun things to do. We all agreed its the best family vacation we have had so far.

Cleaning cost to high.

It was great. But they require to clean and only gives you one garage can without charge. I felt we had to clean the whole house and do all the work while they were charging us life clean up of the house. They required us us take all sheets and pillow case off and put all dishes in the dishwasher and run it. I really don’t understand why the cleaning fee is so high. The only thing the. Cleaning crew had to do is vacuum and run one load. Other then that we did everythi

We do ask that you strip the sheets and leave them on the floor by each bed so that we know what beds were slept in. We ask you to run the dishwasher and if you have time to start a load of towels. We don't ask you to do any cleaning and our simple check-out procedure is posted at al of our homes. If you had any questions you were welcome to call. You are allowed to have 2 or more garbage cans, I'm sorry if you didn't understand the pre-arrival info we sent out. You have so many extras that really make the house feel like my own home. Loved the bar area with mini fridge. Loved the fire pit, we made smores one night. Loved the game room. Loved the fact that your pantry had a broom and vacuum so we could keep up with the children.
