If you're seeking the ultimate sweet spot to relax and unwind, look no further than this incredible 6 bedroom / 5.5 bath retreat, including 3 master suites. This newly constructed modern-mountain home boasts an impressive 4,000 square feet of expertly furnished living space. The whole family will enjoy the heated garage game room featuring Shuffleboard, Foosball, 2 Video Arcade Games, Card Table, Wet Bar, and a TV Lounge.

The large, covered outdoor living space features big views of the golf course, a heated deck, private hot tub, outdoor dining, gas BBQ, gas fire pit, and comfortable furniture. This newly constructed Suncadia Resort home is nestled just off of Prospectors Hole #7. The Sweet Spot is the perfect retreat for 5 to 6 couples or up to 4 families with children. (Please no pets, thank you!)

As you enter the home you’ll be inspired by the open-concept great room that seamlessly transitions to the outdoor living space through a 20ft. accordion door. The great room features comfortable leather furniture, a 70” smart TV, gas fireplace, and a wet bar. This room opens up to the spacious deck boasting a gas fire pit table, gas BBQ, and a large outdoor dining table. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the great views of the golf course when staying at this home.

The fully stocked chef’s kitchen is ready to provide you everything you will need for fantastic family dinners or feeding a large group. It boasts stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, 6-burner gas cooktop, and an oversized island prep area with seating for 4. The dining table is just steps away and it seats 10 comfortably.

The ground floor features a spacious bonus room with a large sectional couch, wet bar, and a 70” smart TV. Just outside the bonus room is a spacious patio with a private hot tub.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
* The upper floor master suite has a king bed, smart TV, wet bar, private balcony, and a private bath with a walk-in shower, soaking tub, and dual sinks.
* The main floor features two guest bedrooms each with a king bed, and a smart TV. These bedrooms share a jack-n-jill bathroom.
* The 1st ground floor master has a king bed, smart TV, and a private en-suite bath.
* The 2nd ground floor master has a full bed, a full over full bunk bed, and a private en-suite bath.
* The ground floor bunk room has 3 sets of twin over twin bunk beds, and this bedroom is supported by a full guest bath just off the bonus room .
* There is an additional ½ bath off the great room on the main floor.

** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Pools or Fitness Center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this home. Suncadia does not allow street parking, please park all your cars on the paved driveway.

**The home is protected with external security cameras at the front of the house.

House was nice and layout was great; however there were quite a few issues. The drains to two of the showers didn't drain and had standing water so people couldn't shower. This house had the most poorly stocked kitchen I have ever been in; there wasn't even salt & pepper. The hot tub had an over abundance of chemicals so it could hardly be used. Pillows were extremely uncomfortable and sheets were pilling. Only have full bottles of shampoo were available.

The home was a great location to gather for family coming both from western and eastern Washington. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone to spread out. We especially loved the great room area with easy access to the kitchen and a large dining table to gather around for meals and games! The game room was a hit! With ages from 13 to 94, the shuffleboard table became a favorite tournament spot. The house is well located for walks to the parks, views of the golf course and access to restaurants and hotel. We had 11 total in our group. The house could sleep more in the bunk room but for us it was a comfortable # considering bathroom sharing with our party size.

Our family has rented various homes in Suncadia and this is by far the top one. The set up is great. Multiple king beds, 2 bunk rooms, amazing master upstairs. The jack and jill king bedrooms on main floor (sharing a bathroom) ended up suiting our family perfectly as we have parents in one room and a younger child in the next room who wasn’t ready for bunk room sleeping. <br/><br/>Location is great. Short walk to a park. Golf course views are entertaining. The kids loved helping point out to the golfers where the ball landed. <br/><br/>Thank you! We’ll be back.

We couldn't have asked for a better rental experience. House was beautiful, plenty spacious, contained lots of added luxuries, basically had everything we needed for a fabulous stay. The entire house was incredibly clean and well maintained. It looked and felt more like a primary residence than a rental property. The managing team was super responsive and accommodating. We couldn't recommend this rental more. Will definitely rent again!

As soon as I walked in, I felt like I was walking into a friends house. It was so cozy and inviting! We spent most of our time in the kitchen, which included an amazing Italian stove and all new appliances. The master bath was incredible! The shower/tub bathroom was like walking into a spa. The kids spent most of their time in the game room in the garage. It was fully heated so it was perfect for the kids to come straight in from playing in the snow. I would highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a luxury cabin.

We've stayed at a handful of Suncadia properties before but this place is by far our favorite. <br/><br/>The house seemed brand new, very clean with a lot of room for our large party. The back Deck is incredible, with the accordion doors that open up, it was our favorite part of the house. The adults spent most of our time back there with the fire pit, watching golfers while the kids loved the game room and extra space. <br/><br/>It was cool that this house had two bunk rooms, one with twin beds and one with full size beds, works perfect if you have some younger kids and then maybe some older ones or young adults. <br/><br/>O and the Tesla/Smart Car charger came in clutch for one of my buddies who needed to charge his car. <br/><br/>Highly recommend this place and we've already booked it again for the spring.
