This newly constructed home in Suncadia Resort is nestled in the woods adjacent the 5th and 6th holes of the award-winning Prospector Golf Course. This beautifully appointed and spacious home boasts over 3,700 square feet of living space, 1,200 square feet of outdoor living space, and a fabulous garage game room. With sleeping arrangements for 19 spread across 6 rooms and 5 full bathrooms, this is a perfect retreat for large families, mature adult groups, and business retreats.

As you enter the home you’ll be inspired by the large great room with soaring 30’ ceilings, a gas ledgestone fireplace, 65” Smart TV, and a wall of windows facing the golf course. This room features comfortable leather furniture and a large dining table that easily seats 8.

The well stocked kitchen is a chef’s dream with granite counters, high-end stainless appliances, gas cook-top and seating for 4 at the kitchen island. Just outside the kitchen is additional seating for 8 at the outdoor dining table.

The outdoor entertaining options are endless with over 1,200 square feet of patio space, a large 7 person hot tub, and a toasty gas fire pit. Walk out to the golf course and take in the views of one of Suncadia’s largest ponds between the 5th and 6th hole of the Prospector Golf Course.

The home boasts sleeping accommodations for 19 across 5 bedrooms, and a bonus bunk room. There are also 5 well-appointed bathrooms. On the first floor there is a king master Suite with an en-suite bath, and a queen guest bedroom with a tile bath just outside the door. Walk up a flight of stairs and you’ll discover a queen master suite that also has a twin daybed, and an en-suite bath. At the other end of the home is a king master with an en-suite bath, and a private deck overlooking the golf course. Down the hallway is a cozy sleeping room that has 2 sets of twin over twin Bunks. The huge bonus bunk room has two sets of twin over full bunk beds.

The home has plenty of indoor entertainment options. The 2nd floor bonus room has a gas fireplace, a large sectional couch, and a 65” Smart TV with DirecTV Now and Xbox One S. The garage game room has activities for the whole family to enjoy including a pool table, air hockey, foosball, and ping pong. This room also has a large Smart TV with DirecTV Now so you can watch your favorite sports team.

** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Pools or Fitness Center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Suncadia prohibits parking on the street.**

Our family loved this house! With 6 adults and 5 kids, we had more than enough room to play games, watch movies and gather for meals. The amenities, including the hot tub were a big hit and the kitchen had every appliance we could have needed when cooking.

We had a very nice stay and the staff we worked with at All Seasins were very nice and helpful. We did wish that some trees and shrubs/grasses on the property especially around the driveway were better maintained. Made it challenging to get 4 cars in.

Awesome vacation stay overall! <br/>There were some minor things that could use some fixing (like stairs had few details missing, main entrance door handle had lower fastener missing,,, but these things did not bother us).<br/>House was amazingly clean, less some normal areas like under the beds, behind doors, Trash can was not completely empty in the garage, socks were left in one of the drawers... but once again these minor things did not bother us at all! <br/><br/>I would rent this place again!

We recently stayed for nearly three weeks and had a fantastic experience. Wonderful location and setting with a very much enjoyed back patio setup. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space as needed. The kids especially enjoyed the garage game room. A particularly appreciated feature, especially given the steep Suncadia rental prices, was the several bikes that were put to good use.<br/><br/>ASVR was always very helpful and quick to respond to whatever questions and requests/issues we sent their way. We did a family cabin weekend here and the house was a perfect place to host our family. There is fun public spaces and plenty of private space. The game room in the garage was particularly fun!

This was a fantastic home for a family reunion., Great space layout for multi-generational groups. Kitchen area and size was great for big family dinners. Outdoor space with Firepit, Hot Tub, and space for games like Bacci Ball, Croquet and Cornhole. My only complaint was the floor tile on 1st floor was dirty - needed a deep clean! Communication was very clear in the house and they were prompt on the chat with any questions I had. Absolutely wonderful property!

The house fulfilled all of our needs. Bedrooms adequate for 14 people. 9 adults, 3 late teenagers (17,18,21) and 2 teenagers (13, 15). House was very welled equipped with high level furniture. Great back yard facing golf course. Plenty of information in house to check rules and regulations. <br/>We had a problem with handicap entry to the house. Our rental company indicated that the power wheel chair my wife uses would be able to enter the house. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE AS THERE ARE STEPS FOR EACH ENTRY. WE HAD TO USE RAMPS FOR THE WHEEL CHAIR TO ENTER THE FRONT DOOR, BACK PATIO AND GARAGE DOOR. We were told that it would be possible to enter through a gravel pathway that was not true as there were steps at the end of a poor pathway to the patio. I would say this house is not, if you need it to be, handicap accessible. Family did have a good time.

I know we were asked about the width of the doors, but I can't find correspondence asking specifically about how many steps there area. This home is not ADA accessible and we did not indicate it was, but I'm glad you were able to make it work.

We had a great time in Suncadia. The house was huge, plenty of room for all of us (6 adults and 4 kids). It was clean, well-organized, and there were all the amenities we could possibly need. The hot tub was a highlight!

The house was beautiful and well appointed. We were able to enjoy cooking together in the well equipped kitchen. Our 3 year old granddaughter loved cooking s'mores on the fire pit. We had 3 generations with us. Plus, the weather was beautiful for this time of year!

This was our first visit to Suncadia so we had no idea what to expect. We not only made wonderful memories but went home relaxed and recharged for the rest of the school year. We would highly recommend All Seasons Vacation Rentals and especially the Larkspur Woods home. From the amazing game room, nicest hot tub we have ever had at a rental, top notch kitchen and heated master bathroom floors we couldn’t have asked for a better vacation home. Alicia and Leah were very professional will all of our questions and they never made us feel like it was a bother to reach out during our trip. We will definitely plan another trip to Suncadia and will not hesitate to book our vacation home with All Seasons Vacation Rentals. Thank you again for everything!

We stayed here for the weekend and it was perfect! It is a beautiful home, able to accommodate multiple families and the kids loved hanging in the hot tub and making s’mores over the fire pit!
