Come enjoy this custom 2,700 square foot home with a fabulous outdoor living space that backs up to one of Suncadia’s scenic green belts. Spend time relaxing in the large great room with connecting kitchen and dining room or appreciate the surrounding beauty while sitting in your own private hot tub. This home is great for entertaining, with a fantastic garage game room, gourmet eat-in kitchen, and adjacent dining area. For those of you that enjoy hiking, biking, and XC Skiing this home is adjacent to Suncadia's trail system. Good Living Inn is the perfect destination for 3 families or up to 4 couples. The Chef’s Kitchen features granite slab counters, stainless appliances, and all the cooking appliances you’ll need to make fabulous in home meals. There’s seating for 4 at the long kitchen bar, and the large dining table seats 8 comfortably.

Just off the great room is a fabulous entertainment patio that features a gas fire pit, dining table, gas grill, lounge chairs, and a private Hot Tub! The home backs up to one of Suncadia’s green belts and you’ll often see Deer, Elk, and Wild Turkeys!

The master bedroom is located on the 1st floor and boasts a king bed, TV, and direct access to the outdoor patio and hot tub. The beautifully appointed travertine master bath features a large soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The main floor bunk room is an ideal spot for the kids to hang out and it features a twin over a full bunk bed with a twin trundle, and a twin daybed with a twin trundle. This room sleeps up to 6.

Upstairs you will find 2 additional bedrooms. The first bedroom is a junior suite with a queen bed and a private en-suite bath. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a large TV. A the top of the stairs you’ll find a comfortable TV lounge equipped with and XBox and a sofa sleeper that pulls out into a queen bed.

** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia swim center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a $100 nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 5 cars in the driveway. Suncadia prohibits street parking.

We have rented several houses from All Seasons. This house was nice and clean. I appreciated it being a pet friendly house...we brought our older dogs. It had a large back yard and a lot of privacy. I loved how the outdoor fire put was just off the porch. This allowed us to enjoy the fire and stay out of the elements.

My family stayed at this place and found it comfortable. The faucet in the kitchen leaks. Had a problem with the heat but got fixed in a timely manner. Would recommend better lighting on the front entry way as my husband tripped, he was fine. All in all it was a nice place...

Would absolutely stay here again. Great kitchen w/plenty of supplies, super clean & nice master suite! Location was great, nice & quiet & very private in the back. The patio was perfect! We loved the game room in the garage, too!

Was exactly how it was described, I would just suggest you bring tupperware, aluminum foil, sandwich bags, that kind of thing as they do not have... hair dryers too!! But the house was great, perfect location, clean, remote and could enjoy the peace and quiet around!

We checked the home after your stay and there are 4 hair dryers in the house. They are under the bathroom sinks, but two were behind the towels so you might not have seen them. This home was wonderful! It had plenty of space for our 3 families and lots of entertainment to keep us busy. The hot tub and bunk room were very popular for the kids, while the fire pit and large kitchen were the main places the adults hung out.

Everything was wonderful. The house is well appointed and cozy. When we rent we choose houses that are private, have good kitchens and a hot tub. Everything was perfect. There is a garage game room with a pool table, ping pong, basketball throw and a mini pac man. The out door BBQ is hooked up to the house gas line and worked wonderfully. The hot tub has a lounge feature that hit the spot. The All Seasons team always goes above and beyond. The house was clean and well stocked. Kudos to Housekeeping, Maintenance and of course Alicia, Leah and Kevin. Thank you for always providing a memorable experience.

We had a wonderful stay. We had everything we needed for our stay. We couldn't get our TV local stations to work but just a quick call and they walked us through how to fix it. Our hottub kept blowing the breaker so it didn't heat very well but that wasn't a huge deal. They house was roomy, very clean and slept us all comfortable. The Mattresses are definitely firm so that was a small discomfort. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return.
