As you enter the home you’ll be greeted by a spacious, open-concept great room that opens up directly to the large outdoor entertainment area. The great room features comfortable leather furniture, a large smart TV, and a floor to ceiling ledgestone gas fireplace.

The fantastic outdoor living space was designed for relaxing and enjoying quality time with your friends and family. It boasts a covered lounge area featuring an outdoor TV and cozy gas fireplace. The patio also features a private hot tub, dining table for 6, a gas fire pit, and a stainless gas BBQ. Enjoy the panoramic golf course views as you sip on your favorite glass of wine around the fireplace!

The fully stocked kitchen is ready to provide you everything you will need for fantastic family dinners or feeding a large group. It boasts stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and an oversized island prep area with seating for 5. The dining table is just steps away and seats 8 comfortably.

The whole family will enjoy hanging out in the garage game room that features a TV, comfortable couch, ping pong table, and a card table.

The Suncadia Trail System meanders through scenic green belt across the street from the home. Walk or ride your bikes to many of Suncadia's most popular attractions and parks. You can also walk directly to downtown Roslyn within 20 minutes, or to the Coal Chute Cafe in 10 minutes.

• 2nd floor guest bedroom with a king bed.

** Please note: Access to the Swim and Fitness Center and Nelson Farm pool is not included with this rental, therefore you will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this home.

** This home is protected with an external security camera facing the driveway. Suncadia does not allow street parking or parking on vegetation, so please park all cars on the driveway.

My girlfriends and I spent the weekend here. We had an amazing time. The house was absolutely beautiful. There was plenty of space for all of us. The outdoor space might have been our favorite. There was tons of seating and we spent the night hanging out around the fire pit.

We have stayed at Freebird two times. It's hard to find houses in Suncadia that allow a well behaved dog and Freebird does. The property was nice, clean, well maintained, and we would return again.

For the price of the house it needs new cooking utensils (several items were not useable) serving pieces (better quality), knives were dangerously dull and better grade paper towels and TP. House itself was very nice.

We were happy that we were able to enter the house 2 hours early so we could place food into the refrig. (food for our daughters wedding, she was 4 houses from us and the wedding was being held in her backyard). The house was beautiful. The first night there was only 4 of us, which was nice. The second night 8 of us and lastly 12 in the house for the last night. The outside was great at night to sit and relax. The house was clean and very spacious for all of us. Exciting part was the first night when a herd of Elk came thru on the golf course.

Very nice location and property, our family enjoyed every inch! Plenty of kitchenware and dishes for meals. We appreciated the list of nearby restaurants, clear house rules and check out details.<br/><br/>A little feedback, would be great if all bedrooms and garage included a tv. The room with a king bed mattress needs to be replaced, the head if the bed is at a decline which was very uncomfortable for my father with severe acid reflux.<br/><br/>Other than that, we loved the home and atmosphere and would certainly rent again.

We had a wonderful time, very comfortable home, lots of room.<br/>The only down side is the misleading number of bedrooms. It states there are 6, but there are only 5. There is two beds built in the hallway so they must consider that a bedroom.

This house is great! It sleeps so many people very comfortably. It had a great supply of spices. I had brought my own pans and knives and really didn't need them, becuase the house had good quality pans and plenty of them. The management company was great to deal with and the neighbors were super nice.

The property was excellent. Basically new with all the amenities you would expect with everything working. Comfortable beds and table space for 10!! Our family of 9 stayed 4 nights at Free Bird and could not have enjoyed ourselves more! The home was comfortable, clean, beautiful and in a great location in Suncadia. We golfed, cooked, walked, biked, and spend hours as a family sitting around the outside fire table morning and night. It was so nice to have the covered patio with an additional wall fireplace and ceiling heater when it was a little cooler. Dawson park is in walking distance where we played tennis and set up our spikeball game. All Seasons Vacation Rentals was wonderful to work with. We would highly recommend Free Bird.

We rented this home for a wedding weekend. It was a great floor plan for my parents to have the primary bedroom downstairs and another one was upstairs. The kids loved the bunk room with the deck off their room. We even saw a herd of elk on the course. There was a problem with ants inside which should be addressed and also it would be great if there were a blender to make my morning smoothies

We had such a fabulous weekend at Freebird celebrating my Dad's 75th Birthday! The home has wonderful view looking out to the green on Rope Rider Hole #13. We enjoyed watching the golfers from the outdoor patio with the fun firepit, hot tub and cozy fireplace. The inside of the home is beautifully furnished and full of natural light. We will be back for sure.
