Elk Grove was fabulous for our family reunion, what a lovely -spacious- place. <br/><br/>We were very satisfied with the Suncadia location, the house size/amenities, and all the space for our large group to hang out, eat & sleep. <br/><br/>The house was very clean, the two refrigerators a big plus, plenty of linens, lots of utensils and appliances. <br/><br/>The outdoor space and game room were a big hit; the dining table hosted many board games &#xD83D;&#xDE0A;; and who doesn't love a hot tub - we had a great time.<br/><br/>For family activities we visited Leavenworth. While there we went to the Reindeer farm; had brats &#xD83D;&#xDE09;; and rode the Alpine coaster. <br/><br/>Locally the group did a trail ride; a river float trip, went swimming, visited the Roslyn Cemetery, played at the park, went for walks, had dinner at The Brick - so much to do.<br/><br/>Always a treat when the family gathers! <br/>We would definitely go back again.<br/>&#xD83D;&#xDE0A;

Great getaway for an extended family weekend. Nice amount of bedrooms and bathrooms. Loved having the game room/extra great room in the converted garage. Easy check in and check out. Everything we needed was there. House could have been cleaner; it was very dusty and there was lots of dust, hair, food, and miscellaneous objects under couches and beds that you could see. Overall it’s a great place just needs a good cleaning.

Overall it was a great house to stay with friends that were in town for a reunion. The location was great, check in and check out are very easy and the property manager gives recommendations of nearby places and activities. The neighborhood is lovely to walk and quiet with good wildlife. The reason I took off 2 stars for the condition: upstairs shower was not draining well and would turn into a pool within 3 minutes of showering. Next, parts of the fridge, foosball, and ping pong table were broken prior to our arrival. These are things that should be unacceptable when you consider how much they are charging per night. it doesn’t take many days to fix these issues in between guests

This house was great for our large group of 18 people. I loved that it had 4 master bedrooms and so many bathrooms, we never felt crowded and everyone got a bed. Also, the kitchen and living room was open and roomy, there was lots of space for everyone to eat and sit together. Hot tub was clean, fire pit was big and fun to sit around. It was really nice to have the game room in the garage as a separate space for the kids to go to. The property management company was extremely responsive and replied back to emails within hours. Great location, we went to Speelyi Beach, Roslyn, wine tasting and the resort (1000 steps and the river). Had a great weekend and would highly recommend!

Beautiful high-end home with nice amenities. Hot tub was great. Only issue was maintenance of home could have been better. Ice maker in refrigerator didn't work, door lock on bathroom didn't work, light bulbs were missing from oven range hood.

We booked this rental for our annual christmas gather with a large family of adults and kids. Lots of different opinions and expectations. This rental hit it out of the park for our family. The house was clean and offered a great place for our extended family to gather for the holiday. The house offered plenty of space for people to sleep and the kitchen was well stocked. The only small frustration was that there was often not enough forks, bowls or plates for the 20 people so we found ourselves washing dishes by hand in order to have enough utensils and dishes. Overall we had an excellent time and appreciated the excellent communication and support before and during our stay.

Our family of 15 stayed in this great home for 7 days. It was a fun time enjoying each other's company as well as the games in the garage (ping pong, Foosball). The house was perfect, so comfortable, had plenty of room for 12 of us. The views of the golf course and surrounding mountains was beautiful, the fire pit was the main draw for everyone. Overall, a very memorable place to stay for a vacation, we look forward to coming back!

We brought three generations together to celebrate a milestone birthday party and came with 19 people across 6 families. Key for us was to have comfortable places for everyone to sleep (with as few awkward groupings as possible), lots of options to spread out with activities, and a great kitchen to cook our main meals. This place had it all. <br/>
