WELCOME TO LOOKOUT MOUNTAIN
"Lookout Mountain" is located in the heart of Suncadia Resort in the desirable Trailhead Condo complex. This large, corner unit on the 3rd floor sleeps up to 8, and comes with access to the building's outdoor pool, hot tub, and BBQ area. This luxury condo features a full kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. This is an ideal retreat for two couples or two families.

From the moment you walk in the door you’ll feel right at home in this luxurious two bedroom condo. The main living area boasts a full, granite kitchen with stainless appliances and a gas cooktop. There’s seating for 6 at the dining table with an additional 2 at the kitchen island. The comfortable leather couches and chairs offer a relaxing spot to watch your favorite show or just warm up around the cozy gas fireplace.

Just off the great room is a covered deck with nice territorial views. The shared pool and hot tub are open from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. The HOA often keeps the hot tub open after Labor Day, but its weather dependent.

The master bedroom features a king bed, large TV and a private en-suite tile bathroom. The bathroom boasts a deep soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a queen murphy bed, twin over twin bunk bed, and a private deck. Just outside the bedroom is the 2nd bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The living room also has a queen built-in murphy bed. There’s sleeping accommodations for up to 8.

** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and fitness center or the Nelson Farm Pool at this time due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly resort fee when renting this vacation home. There is parking for up to 2 vehicles in the general parking lot in front of the condo building.

(The owners of this home have a dog that visits the cabin with them. This cabin is not pet friendly otherwise. Please be advised that individuals with pet allergies may be affected. No other pets are allowed.)

Our condo was very nice as was our stay ... we would love to return! The staff was very friendly and responsive to questions and helped us with an early check-in which was very appreciated! The kitchen was well stocked with the exception of coffee. We saw a Keurig stand in the photos but there was no coffee when we arrived so we had to run to the store that night so we would have some in the morning. A tiny bolt was missing on the leg of the Murphy bed in the living room so we just moved the mattress on the floor. The mattresses were all very comfortable <br/>and we slept well. We loved the corner unit and the view which was beautiful. We had a great time and hope to return soon! Thank you for your hospitality!

This condo is comfortably furnished and thoughtfully appointed. It’s also located in a beautiful and centrally located area of the resort. The unit is exactly what the photos show. The sectional couch is the most comfortable I have ever used! The kitchen is well stocked with a nice selection of appliances, utensils, dishes. I was very pleased that there were also empty cabinets in the kitchen for us to store the food items we brought from home. Since we stayed for 9 days, we planned to make many meals and brought a lot of food with us. <br/>We had one reason to call maintenance (needed a light bulb) and the person who helped us was pleasant and helpful.<br/>The only constructive criticism I can give is the lights in the living room and 2nd bedroom were quite dim.<br/>Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed the unit we stayed in immensely.

Pros:<br/>Nice clean spacious condo that is perfect for 4-8 people. Terrific Master suite and Bathroom <br/>Two outside decks <br/>Complex has own pool and Hot tub<br/>BBQ and outdoor area for meals by pool<br/>Close to all Suncadia amenities. <br/><br/>Areas for improvement<br/><br/>Main Deck furniture is uncomfortable. Needs padding at minimum <br/>Hornets nest near second bedroom deck needs removal <br/>Hot tub was just warm. Needs to be hot. <br/>Need BBQ quality untensils <br/>Provide more soap, shampoo and conditioner. <br/>Needs better bike rack in secure location <br/><br/>

We were very happy with our rental. 7 ladies had plenty of room and we especially loved the large table for having meals and conversations. We are planning to come back next fall.
