If you're seeking the ultimate destination for your upcoming Suncadia vacation, look no further than this incredible 7 bedroom / 6 bath retreat. This newly constructed modern-mountain home boasts an impressive 4,000 square feet of expertly furnished living space. The whole family will enjoy the grand great room, private hot tub, and the spectacular outdoor living spaces! This is a perfect retreat for 6 to 7 couples or up to 5 families with children. (Please no pets, thank you!)

As you enter the home you’ll be inspired by the huge, open-concept, great room with soaring 30ft ceilings, a gas fireplace, comfortable couches, and an 85” Smart TV. This room opens up to the spacious patio with a gas fire pit, gas BBQ, and a large private hot tub. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the great outdoors when staying at this home. If its chilly at night relax under the covered patio section and enjoy the warm heaters overhead.

The fully stocked chef’s kitchen is ready to provide you everything you will need for fantastic family dinners or feeding a large group. It boasts stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, two dishwashers, and an oversized island prep area with seating for 6. The dining table is just steps away and it seats 10 to 12 comfortably.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
* The 1st main floor master has a king bed, smart TV, and an attached private bath with a large tile shower, and dual sinks.
* The 2nd main floor master has a king bed, smart TV, and an attached private bath with a tub/shower combo.
* The bonus room on the main floor has a very comfortable queen sofa-sleeper, and is supported by a bathroom in the hallway with a tile shower.
* The 1st upper floor master has a king bed, smart TV, and a tile shower. This room also has a private, covered balcony with two loungers.
* The 2nd upper floor master has a king bed, smart TV, and a private bath featuring a large soaking tub, and a tile shower. This bedroom also has a balcony overlooking the forest.
* The 1st upper floor bunkroom has two sets of twin over twin bunks, and a smart TV.
* The 2nd upper floor bunkroom has two sets of twin over full bunks.
* The bunk rooms are supported by a hall bath with a tile shower.

** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Pools or Fitness Center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this home. Suncadia does not allow street parking, please park all your cars on the paved driveway.

**The home is protected with external security cameras at the front of the house facing the driveway

We loved our stay here! The house has so many rooms and amenities for a group of families. The grand, tall ceilings of the great room were stunning. The kids really liked the multiple bunk rooms and the loft. Location is ideal.

We enjoyed our stay at 7 Pines Retreat. It's a lovely home that's easy to enjoy with spacious living spaces, nice accommodations and a well stocked kitchen. <br/>We did have an issue with the oven not working on Thanksgiving, but the management was responsive and we were able to self-serve on a workaround. I appreciated the quick response on a holiday fro the owners.

Home is beautiful, well appointed and very clean. 12 guys stayed 3 nights and cooked 6 meals. Location is away from main areas but that made it more secluded. Great outdoor spaces. Will be booking again next year. The only drawback was lack of ceiling fans or stand fans to increase air circulation.

This house was BEYOND beautiful and spacious! We were so impressed by how such a space could have our big group be so comfortable during our stay. Every family had their own bedroom and even their own bathroom! The location is perfect to Speelyi Beach as well as other amenities provided by Suncadia. We will definitely stay again in the future.

The home we rented was pretty far from the central area of Suncadia resort but this did provide a lot of peaceful privacy. The house provided everything we needed for our relaxing weekend.

The property seems pretty new and the interiors, furniture , bedding , bathrooms were luxurious.<br/>The place was clean when we checked in. They have a tesla charger in the garage (so bonus). Check in is super easy.<br/><br/>The only thing is that the checkout list and instructions is slightly overwhelming (or atleast seems overwhelming). <br/><br/>But other than that, everything else is top notch.<br/>
