If you're seeking the ultimate spa destination in your own private vacation rental, look no further than this incredible 6 bedroom + bonus room / 6.5 bath retreat, including 5 master suites. This newly constructed modern-mountain home boasts an impressive 4,000 square feet of expertly furnished living space. The whole family will enjoy the spa room that boasts a relaxing sitting area, dry sauna, steam room, and a cold plunge tub just outside the door. The large, covered outdoor living space features big views of the golf course, a private hot tub, outdoor dining, gas BBQ station, and comfortable furniture. This newly constructed Suncadia Resort home is nestled just off of Rope Rider’s 6th Green. Reve Spa Lodge is the perfect retreat for 5 to 6 couples or up to 5 families with children. (Please no pets, thank you!)

As you enter the home you’ll be inspired by the huge, open-concept, great room with soaring 30ft ceilings, a gas fireplace, comfortable couches, and a 70” Smart TV. This room opens up to the spacious patio with a gas fire pit, gas BBQ, and a large private hot tub. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the great views of the golf course when staying at this home.

The fully stocked chef’s kitchen is ready to provide you everything you will need for fantastic family dinners or feeding a large group. It boasts stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, sub-zero fridge, wolf range, and an oversized island prep area with seating for 6. The dining table is just steps away and it seats 8 comfortably.

The kids will love the fun bonus room that has a TV lounge, foosball table, and a full over a full bunk bed.

* The 1st main floor master has a king bed, smart TV, and a private bath with a walk-in shower, soaking tub, and dual sinks.
* The 2nd main floor master has a king bed, smart TV, and a private bath with a tile shower.
* The 1st upper floor master has a king bed, smart TV, and a private bath with a soaking tub, tile shower, and dual sinks.
* The 2nd upper floor master has a king bed, smart TV, and a private bath with a tub/shower combo.
* The 3rd upper floor master has a king bed, smart TV, and a private bath with a tile shower .
* The 2nd floor bunk room has two sets of twin over twin bunks.
* The 2nd floor bonus room has a full over a full bunk.
* There is a guest bath with dual sinks and a tile shower that supports the bunk room and bonus room. There is an additional ½ bath on the main floor that supports the spa room.

**Age Limit to book this home is 28. The primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Pools or Fitness Center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this home. Suncadia does not allow street parking, please park all your cars on the paved driveway.
**The home is protected with external security cameras at the front of the house.

Our family had an excellent time starting off the Christmas season at this property. The house was exactly as described, and we appreciate it having a Christmas tree that early in December. I love the location and the two grand children built snowman and played in the snow. The house has everything you need in the well-stocked kitchen. This is an excellently maintained home. We would recommend this property to anyone wanting to have a good time, relax and enjoy this beautiful home and the surrounding area. Customer service with the management company very good.

This home accommodates every person in your group in luxury. Beautiful finishes lighting and furnishings throughout. We stayed very comfortably in this home with 13 ladies. I would say the twin bunk room is only sized for kids or a petite adult. All king suites are very nice for a couple. We used every amenity from the hot tub, steam, sauna, cold plunge and fire pit and used the garage as a yoga studio. All very nice quality and no issues with any amenities. Any questions we had were promptly answered by the management company. I can’t imagine anyone being disappointed with this property.

We (10 family members) recently stayed at Reve Spa Lodge and I can't say enough about how incredible our experience was. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the immaculate condition of the property and the stunning architecture and views that greeted us.<br/><br/>The home is beautifully decorated with a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. Each room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully furnished, making us feel right at home. The kitchen was fully equipped with high-quality appliances and everything we needed to prepare our meals.<br/><br/>One of the highlights was the outdoor space. The patio and fire pit area were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. We spent countless hours lounging on the small and dining al fresco under the stars.<br/><br/>The location was also ideal—close enough to local attractions and amenities, yet private and peaceful. The hosts were incredibly attentive and responsive, providing us with all the information we needed and more. For geographic context, every morning we took a 40-minute walk along the trails to the Lodge to grab coffee at the cafe. <br/><br/>Another highlight was the spa room and cold plunge pool. This really felt luxurious and we loved the ability to treat ourselves to a spa day whenever we desired it! <br/><br/>We also appreciated that all the bedrooms had king beds and private bathrooms, allowing for each family to have privacy and comfort. <br/><br/>Overall, our stay at Reve Spa was absolutely superb. It exceeded all our expectations and we can't wait to return. Highly recommended!

What a magic place. You instantly fall in love with the area and the spotless clean, spacious, elegantly designed house. Everything about the stay was flawless. The instructions and communication prior to arrival were complete, clear and easy to navigate. We didnt expect such attention to details: the house was stocked with all of basic necessities, lots of activities, owners were happy to answer questions when needed and the location was even better than we could have imagined: perfect for walks and or playing golf. We could not have asked for a better place to celebrate a birthday with friends and family and would highly recommend this property.
