As you enter the home you’ll be inspired by the huge, open-concept, great room with soaring 30ft ceilings, a gas fireplace, comfortable couches, and a 75” Smart TV. This room opens up to the spacious patio with views of the greenbelt, fire pit, gas BBQ, and a large private hot tub. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the great outdoors when staying at this home. Deer, Elk, and Wild Turkeys are just a few wild animals that frequent the greenbelt!

The fully stocked chef’s kitchen with premium stainless Thermador appliances is ready to provide everything you will need for fantastic family dinners. It boasts a huge quartz center island, 6-burner gas cooktop, coffee station with drip coffee maker and a Keurig. The dining table is just steps away and it seats 8 comfortably with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island.

The whole family will enjoy the fantastic great room that features a huge sectional, gas fireplace, and a 75” smart TV with surround sound and bluetooth ready!

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
* The main floor en-suite bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, direct access to the hot tub, and a private bath with a large soaking tub and an oversized walk-in shower.
* The main floor guest bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV. It is supported by a full guest bath just outside the bedroom door that features a tile shower.
* The 1st upper floor en-suite bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, and a private bath with double sinks and a tile shower.
* The 2nd upper floor en-suite bedroom has a king bed, and a private bath with a tile shower.
* The first upper floor bunk room has a twin over twin bunk, and a twin over a full bunk (sleeps 5).
* The second upper floor bunk room has 3 sets of twin over twin bunks (sleeps 6). The bunk rooms are supported by a full bath with a tub/shower combo.

** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Pools or Fitness Center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee".

Snowbeary Lodge was absolutely gorgeous and perfect, to boot. Our family does an annual winter cabin weekend. This was our first year here but I doubt it will be our last. What I loved best? The huge wrap-around couch that many conversations were held on. The huge island that could have dominoes and other games spread about and still have room for dinner prep and dish up. The comfortable rooms and beds. The gorgeous master shower. The covered deck: I sat out there writing my goals for 2025, something we each do every year at cabin. I was in awe of the scenery around me. The hot tub. The coffee bar. LOVED having a separate place for coffee. Snowbeary was both cozy and larger-than-life at the same time and it will forever hold a special place in our hearts.
