Grand and luxurious, this amazing new estate is your ideal destination for your next friends and family gathering. Located in the prestigious Kokanee Loop gated community of Suncadia and adjacent to the Nelson Preserve and Nelson’s Farm. This newly constructed modern-mountain home boasts an impressive 5,000 square feet of expertly furnished living space. The whole family will enjoy the large great room, 8-person private hot tub, 2,500 sq ft of outdoor living space, and big views of the Cle Elum ridgeline! Take a short 3/4 mile walk to the Cle Elum River for fly fishing, or relax riverside on the picnic tables. This is a perfect retreat for 5 to 6 couples or up to 5 families with children. (No pets allowed)

As you enter the home you’ll be inspired by the large, open-concept, great room with soaring cedar ceilings, a gas fireplace, comfortable sectional, and a 60” Smart TV. This room opens up to the spacious covered patio with a gas fireplace, gas firepit, gas BBQ, outdoor dining, and a large hot tub with seating for 8.

The fully stocked chef’s kitchen is ready to provide you everything you will need for fantastic family dinners or feeding a large group. It boasts premium stainless steel appliances, granite counters, 8 burner wolf range, and an oversized island prep area with seating for 4.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
* The 1st main floor master has a king bed, smart TV, gas fireplace, and a luxurious en-suite private bath with a spa inspired tile shower, large soaking tub, and dual sinks.
* The 2nd main floor master has a queen bed, smart TV, and an en-suite private bath with a tile shower.
* The 1st upper floor master has a queen bed, baby crib, smart TV, and an en-suite private bath with a tile shower.
* The 2nd upper floor master has a king bed, smart TV, and an en-suite private bath with a tile shower.
* The 3rd upper floor master has a queen bed, smart TV, and an en-suite bath with a shower/but combo.
* The upper floor bunk room boasts two sets of double over double bunk beds, a TV lounge, and a round table for playing board or card games. This bedroom is supported by a full bathroom just outside the hallway.
* The basement bonus room features a very comfortable queen sleeper sofa, large smart TV, and a ping-pong table. This is a great spot to watch your favorite sports team.

** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Pools or Fitness Center. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this home. Suncadia does not allow street parking, please park all your cars on the paved driveway. There is parking for about 6 cars in the driveway.
**Age Limit to book this home is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
**The home is protected with external security cameras at the front of the house.
**This home is not pet friendly, but the owner does have a dog that has been in the home.

Stunning high-end home!! It's perfect for a large gathering with plenty of well decorated living space, separate basement TV/game room, very comfortable beds, and gorgeous outdoor living spaces with a private hot tub. The kitchen was extremely well stocked; there wasn't a single thing we needed that wasn't available! Absolutely, I would rent this home again!
