This is the second time we have had a winter reunion at this home. Excellent time. Facilities were still great with multiple rooms for playing and sleeping. Sauna and hot tub worked great, and never ran out of hot water. We like this place because the kitchen, dining, living room, and upstairs den all flow into each other allowing a great family atmosphere. The snow hill did not disappoint and we were worn out from sledding. Driveway well cleared of snow. One large frig in the kitchen, one in the garage and a smaller one downstairs with lots of places to store food. The only negative is that 6 of the 11 beds are in a downstairs room together. It worked out well for us for all the middle-age boys slept down there, but you can rearrange matrasses to keep the very little ones close to mom and dad. If you are staying longer than 3 nights you should consider bringing up some additional TP (suitable for septic systems). If you need to use the guest cottage, it is very well laid out and comfortable except for needing to go outside to access - we rent in the winter so it can be a hassle. Overall, love staying here and will do again.

This house plus the guest house over the garage are large enough to fit our Thanksgiving group. The website description and large number of pictures are great and make it easy to let our group know what to expect. The house is nicely appointed but not so nicely appointed that we feel anxious about staying there. There is plenty of kitchen equipment in the main house, especially after we left a bunch of ours there :(. Appreciate that there is ample cleaning equipment so that we can easily leave the place fairly clean. The property management company is quite responsive, though we received several conflicting messages about garbage. There is great walking and running right from the house - the alpaca farm was especially fun. There were a few maintenance issues, but none that required a response on a holiday. The guest house did not have enough kitchen/dining equipment - would not be possible to cook or eat a meal there. Wish that there had been some firewood available. The price increased by 25% over last year - I doubt we will choose this property again if the price increases any more. It's also annoying that there is a 4 night minimum over Thanksgiving. Our group only needs 3 nights.

We rented both the cottage over the garage and the main house. It has plenty of room and beds for everyone. Us Seattleites feel like we are far away from the city, yet is was only a bit over an hour's drive. This was the perfect spot to gather with my team for a couple of days. Close enough to stores and such if you forget any essentials, but secluded enough that you feel like you're away from the hustle and bustle. Everything was perfect for cooking, entertaining, and relaxing. Highly recommended.

We had 23 people in our family stay at the Aspen Lodge and guest cottage.<br/>We had a great time playing yard games, going in the hot tub and playing board games. There was plenty of room for everyone to eat at the large table inside and another table on the back deck. We had a beach day at Lake Cle Elum. It was our second time staying ant Aspen Lodge and we’ll be back!

Beautiful location. Felt secluded and private but had neighbors relatively close by, and wasn’t far into town (10 min). We held a family reunion here - with nearly 30 people varying from 70yo to toddler. It was a perfect fit for all of us. Our favorites were the many sitting/gathering areas, the large dining area + the large dining area on the back porch, the fire pit, the hot tub, and the play area. We definitely would recommend this property to anyone looking.

The property was exactly as described, and even more beautiful than pictures can capture. There is so much space all throughout the house for games, activities and to lounge, without disturbing someone in the next room or doing something else. The owners were very responsive quickly and very accommodating. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone with a larger group and my friends and I will be back next year!

This is the second time we have stayed in the Aspen Lodge with a large group. What we love about it is how many people it can accommodate <br/>, while still feeling like everyone has space. There are multiple “living” spaces to gather either relaxing by the fire, playing games, or enjoying a movie or sports game on the Tv. We also like how much property the house has, that way we do not irritate the neighbors. The kids in our group have stayed in the bonus house, and that has been really great for them to have their own space, while still on the same property. The outdoor space is great to sit and watch the snow fall, or sit around a big fire. <br/>The manage company has been wonderful to work with, answering calls and emails on the weekend when login issues arose.

My family and 5 other families stayed here to celebrate 3 birthdays. It really is the perfect house and setting for a big group like this. The kids had a blast. There was plenty of space for preparing big meals. And plenty of sleeping space. A clean and well-appointed home with lots of fun to keep everyone entertained.

We had a wonderful and memorable family reunion at the beautiful Aspen Lodge. The home had the feel of a comfortable lodge in the woods, remote and off the beaten track, yet only 15 minutes from shopping and the town. All of the bedrooms with the exception of a large bunk room in the downstairs were on one level making it easy access for all. The house was well insulated to drown out noise. The beds were all very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and there were plenty of towels for our group. There were lots of dining options, a large dining table inside and two outdoor picnic tables on different levels, and counter seating. The downstairs was a great party area with pool, ping pong, T.V, a bar etc. The outdoor cottage was wonderful for spill over guests. We absolutely loved our stay at the Aspen Lodge and would not hesitate for a moment to return.

Our group of 25 had a wonderful stay at the Aspen Lodge. There was plenty of room for everybody to stay, a lot of activities to take part in while on the premises, and a very clean and neat facility. We are already planning on returning to a different property next year!

This was a wonderful venue for our wedding reception. The views were gorgeous and the amenities kept everyone entertained from the hot tub, to movies, to billiards and the sauna. On top of that there was ample space for everyone to sleep comfortably and the multiple fridges made cooking and storing catering easy.<br/><br/>The pictures don’t do the interior justice, there is so much more room and space than is shown.<br/><br/>The only small thing I would say is the property managers sent someone to gab something from their shop without giving us any heads up so it was a little jarring having a random person walk in the morning after our celebration without any heads up. They were more than friendly and polite but some notice would have been appreciated. <br/><br/>Overall I highly recommend this place and would do it all over again without a second thought.

We had a wonderful weekend wedding at the Aspen Lodge and guest house. We couldn't have asked for more. The house was perfect and we felt like we were at home. Very big, but cozy at the same time.

The house and guest house were quite lovely and clean. The kitchen could use some basics like measuring cups and mixing bowls. The hot tub water was cloudy. My only real complaint was with management. We had fewer people than we planned due to the pandemic, but I did not get a credit back for fewer people over 12 guests. We had 17 instead of 25. There was no reminder on the final payment statement, and I did not recall since I booked 8 months in advance. A reminder would have been a courtesy. Also, I think having to pay extra per person for more than 12 guests when the place sleeps 30 is ridiculous. Fair warning to anyone planning to book this lodge.

The cabin was spacious and well-kept. With the guest cabin, we were able to easily split off our early sleepers from the rest of the group. Kitchen was able to handle our big group just fine and we all had fun playing around in the downstairs. Would recommend to a friend!

The rental property was as advertised and a great location for a large family gathering. The outdoor spaces were particularly helpful with the active children.

Aspen Lodge was everything we had wanted and more! Very clean! The sledding hill and all of the amenities was the highlight for our large group. The manager was very communicative and we will definitely be back!

I have to give this place a full 5 stars! I have rented many homes, in and out of Washington state, and this house is definitely one of my faves; we all want to come back here again soon, especially after it's snowed! The house is tucked away from the street and has plenty of privacy so you truly get that "out-in-nature" feeling. All of the beds are so comfortable and the decor made us feel right at home. The layout of the house worked great for us too, plenty of space for the kids and adults. The workout room and hot tub were a huge plus, along with the game tables and multiple TV rooms. The main feature we used on this trip was the kitchen and it didn't disappoint! We even brought some dishes and small appliances along in case the house didn't offer them but we found out it did and we don't need to bring so much with us next time haha. This house is perfect for big groups and multiple families and has everything you'll need for a wonderful woodsy vacation. I would recommend this house to anyone and hope to return soon myself.

Master bath is excellent but there is no magnifying mirror.... in case it's needed bring your own. Kitchen was large and has everything needed to cook but bring your own ziplock bags and tupperware. TONS of fun in the basement. We spent every single night in the basement but bring your own pool chalk, darts and foosballs as none were found onsite. Also there are no children items... high chair, cribs, gates, etc. So if you need them bring them or rent them locally. We had a little snow while we were there but not enough to sled on the sledding hill but enough to play, have snowball fights, build a snowman and igloo and sled across the top of the property. Fire pit was excellent and hikes around the property were excellent. Covered porches to watch the grandkids play was wonderful. We didn't use the guest cottage because our whole family couldn't join but the setup was excellent. The house was in good shape for a rental and was very clean upon arrival. Our reunion was perfect. There were 30 of us ages 2 mo. to 69 years. Teenagers loved all the activities and sleeping quarters on the bottom level. Hot tub on all.

This is our 3rd time at the Aspen Lodge and Guest is a wonderful place, with great amenities...pool,pingpong, poker table, huge dining table for board games, cozy fireplace with cozy chairs to lounge in. The evening we all got there was a special one too....granddaughter and her husband announced the upcoming arrival of a baby in the Fall, so next year we will have a new baby in the mix. We have gone to other nice places too, over the years,but by far the Aspen House and Guest House is our favorite.

It was amazing! We’re from Hawai’i, so driving up to the cabin and seeing it all lit up and snow all around, made our White Christmas dreams come true. The property was beautiful and cabin was clean and comfortable. Beds we clean We all loved and enjoyed sledding down the hills on the property. It was so much fun for the kids and adults. We had a little problem with the hot tub but we called All Seasons vacation rental and they sent someone right over to fix It so we could enjoy it the rest of our stay. We would definitely recommend this property to family and friends.

The property was exactly what we were expecting but better. Our guests could not believe this house, there was so much to do for every age group. It rained the entire time we were there but that did not stop us from having an amazing time. The guest house was fantastic to have as we have two autistic children in our group, and the 30 people that were at the house was a bit much from them so having that guest house was so great for them to hang out in. Be aware that when they say streaming videos does not work, they mean it, but no problem choose from the hundreds of channels on cable they have there. The property was beautiful, we saw deer, coyotes, turkeys, and other creatures. It was close to Safeway and downtown to explore. We loved every part of our stay!

Aspen Lodge and Guest Cottage is the perfect spot for a large group. Our family celebrated our parents Anniversary over a 4 day weekend. It was a perfect central location for those attending from Eastern & Western Washington and also close enough to SeaTac to accommodate those attending from out of state. <br/>The large lawn was spacious enough to set up a volleyball game or multiple spike ball games, <br/>The basement had so much to offer with pool, pingpong, game table, foosball, and large comfy couches for good conversation spots. <br/>The hot tub was perfect for late night or early morning groups to gather also.<br/>The kitchen is large and made it easy to prepare and serve meals to a crowd. <br/>The beds were very comfortable and the bedroom layout made it easy to accommodate the multiple ages that attended.<br/>The house was very clean and well maintained.<br/>The setting is also so nice to feel like you are isolated from other houses and it has nice paved roads for walks to some pretty spectacular view spots.<br/>We Loved our stay and would definitely stay there again!

Mostly great, except the neighbors are pretty sensitive to noise so if you are planning on being noisy outdoors e.g. screaming kids or competitive corn hole you may have the HOA stopping in on you asking you to tone it down. Had a great weekend here but felt bad because as we were having some good, clean fun the HOA kept checking in on us and it made us feel like an inconvenience/nuisance to the neighbors.

We rented Aspen Lodge for our son's wedding. The lodge and cottage were very clean. Common spaces were great where everyone could spread out. We used the hot tub, several lounge areas - pool, Foosball, TVs. The large kitchen had more than enough pans, dishes, etc. Seating for 16 at table & counter! Extra refrigerators in garage and basement, which we needed. They had installed nightlights in the hallways and bathrooms which was helpful. Beds were comfortable, showers were good (bring own shampoo etc). Washer/dryer in both house and cottage. Iron & board was appreciated. Beautiful surroundings. Very dark at night, but no issue. Location is a little removed from town and the resort in a densely wooded area. Follow the driving directions from the owners rather than navigation - it is a wider/safer road for winding along in the woods. We enjoyed Roslyn Mexican Grill, The Brick & Basecamp & Village Pizza (Roslyn) and coffee at the Bistro (Cle Elum). Safeway in Cle Elum was great to get needed groceries. Driving up to Leavenworth was beautiful. FYI - Sleeping 30 means all full and queen beds have two people in them.

Our group really enjoyed our stay at Aspen Lodge. There was plenty of room to spread out, beds were comfy, and the kitchen was well stocked with equipment. We had a variety of ages, including several children/babies, and this place met all our needs. Would definitely book this again for a big group.

My family was thrilled with all the space and beauty of the lodge. So much to do and a great location

We rented the Aspen Lodge and Guest Cottage for a family reunion of 22 folks. It was a BLAST! The homes were well-maintained and well-equipped. Something for ALL ages. We had ages of 3-85. Tables for card playing, scrabble games as well as Ping Pong tournaments and World Cup Soccer playing!Any issues that came up the management was on it promptly. In the heat of August yellow jackets were a problem on the deck, but management had someone spray immediately which did help. The only item that needed assistance was that the 2nd stove did not work. We didn't notify the management because it was the last night when we noticed it. We did all our cooking there and they have virtually everything you would need which is wonderful. We had golfers that golfed at Sun Country Golf Course and tennis players that played at Suncadia. Found a book store to buy new reading material as well as a gift sore for souvenirs.Swiftwater Winery is great for tasting various flights of wines. Friendly people. For a large group, this is the ticket.Vacationers do need to look at their group as it pertains to couples, singles and kids, as several of their sleeping areas are rooms of MANY bunkbeds (single and double bunkbeds)Depending on the age of your kids this can work well---but not always. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for helping to make wonderful memories!

We had a great time at our stay at the house. It was perfect for our large group of family members. It was clean, the kitchen had all the utensils we needed, and the wooded view was spectacular. Laundry room in both houses was very useful, and the bedrooms were beautiful. It is a quiet and peaceful setting. We loved it.

The property was just what we needed. We had been unable to find other nice properties which would support our group of 30. Youth enjoyed hot-tub, and youth and adults enjoyed pool table, table tennis, horseshoes etc. Management was very helpful in returning to us a lost wallet and swim suite.

Experience was great, cabin was clean and easy to locate on arrival, only thing i'd check is the work out equipment as the gym was barely operational. Other than that we had a great relaxing weekend

We met up at Aspen Lodge for my wife’s surprise 30th birthday. It is hard to find a place like this that can accommodate so many people. Everybody had a bed and there was plenty of room for everyone to hang out. We spent the whole day Saturday at the property as there was so much for every age group to do. Hot tub, exercise room, multiple entertainment rooms with large couches, ping pong, pool table, outdoor play structure, fire pit, hiking path. The large kitchen was well stocked with all of the utensils and pots/pans to cook meals. Our family has met up in many places and this is the best vacation rental we have had.

Great stay! Our second time staying here. It's the perfect home for groups that just want to be together and have a nice comfortable stay.

With 8 bedrooms (including the cottage) and multiple living spaces for talking and playing together, the Aspen Lodge was a perfect fit for our group. For the first time in years, everybody had a bed! The Lodge is beautiful and well-equipped with fun things to do. The basement gameroom was a hit for our young adults. We loved all the sitting areas for talking in smaller groups. Kitchen was well outfitted with enough space for our "meal crews" to work well together. Also, dealing with All Seasons was one of the best rental experiences I have ever had, and I have managed the rentals for our family for many years.

Great place for a large family gathering.

This is our 4th year at Aspen Lodge. We keep returning to this lodge because of the amount of space and activities that the lodge provides. Its a great please for families that like to play games and keep busy.<br/>

22 people from 3 generations, the house works really for us. Lots of common space to hang out together but enough room and separate areas to have quiet time.

We had a lovely time in this home. Layout was perfect for our group of 8 couples. We had our own sleeping areas, the layout gave us plenty of space for group chatting/individual quiet. If we had brought children they would have been in heaven with the outdoor play area, horseshoes, pool table, foos ball table, ping pong. Really nice place!

My college group has gone on a yearly weekend retreat, and we celebrated our 32nd anniversary at the Aspen Lodge. We've gone some nice places, but it was unanimous that we will come here next year too. The house is huge, has everything anyone could want, was very clean and well stocked. Close to the city, close to hiking, Salmon La Sac, Roslyn, Suncadia, and Cle Elem. The management company was excellent and so accommodating. Just wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you!

It was a nice stay at the Aspen Lodge. We had a wonderful time there during spring break. Excellent amenities especially for playing. We would highly recommend it to our friends.

We had a great weekend at the Aspen Lodge. The cabin is HUGE! We had 16 comfortably stay across both cabins and loved all the common space in the kitchen and basement. Highly recommend this cabin and thanks to Kevin and Marcia for suggesting it and being very helpful throughout the booking process.

Our family looked forward all year to our third visit to Aspen Lodge for vacation together. For months the teen boys dreamed of billiards, movies, and ping-pong together. The younger kids reminisced of times together doing crafts with their aunt and hoped for more of the same. The adults looked forward to the amazing accommodations, and Grandpa and Grammy longed for "down time" with family (and time in the hot tub!).<br/>With the rental of the very well-appointed guest cottage in addition to the home this year, our three families (6 adults and 11 kids ages 1 to 14) could maintain their normal waking and sleeping schedules without bothering each other. Each familyappreciated that!<br/>We especially appreciated the care we got from the property managers as we enjoyed our "winter wonderland" vacation. From timely snow removal and houses warmed and waiting for us to quick answers to our questions, the folks at All Seasons Vacation Rentals were friendly and helpful.<br/>We LOVE this property and would recommend it for families who want to be together but need some quiet corners for the introverts in the family. <br/>Note: This year we really did NEED 4 wheel drive vehicles to access this property in the deep snow (even though the pass was clear), but the sledding and snow play was so fun that we didn't need to leave the property once we arrived. <br/>

We stayed with 6 families with young children and had fantastic fun enjoying the snow (including sledding hill), hot tub, game tables and comfortable rooms. There was plenty of space for people to spread out and we enjoyed cooking large communal meals. We are looking forward to going back next year!

The only regret is we didn't book a 3rd night to stay at this beautiful place. Very well laid out home with room to get away and read a book in peace and quiet...or get into the mix with a poker game or ping pong rally.

We do our leadership retreats here. It is just a perfect space to gather, get some work done, and enjoy good company.

Our family really enjoyed the amenities at the Lodge! Lots to do inside and out. billiards and ping pong tournaments, soccer and ladder ball out front with room to spare. Everything you want in a great setting.

A group of friends rented this house together to to enjoy a few rounds of golf. The house was a perfect setting for us and close to multiple courses for us to enjoy. House had everything we needed and had beds for our entire group! Highly recommend renting this house!

This house was perfect for a small corporate retreat. There's plenty of room and inside and out and the emails from property management are great. Everything was timed nicely and very helpful. Best experience we've ever had renting a property!

We invited two other families to join us for some downtime post Christmas. The house is awesome - very well designed and laid out, good use of space and decorated tastefully. The sledding hill is awesome and the hot tub was a hit as well. I would definitely come back -- could be an awesome yearly tradition.

Our stay during the winter break was great. Kevin was excellent to work with and definitely went the extra mile for us. Everyone had a fun time and really enjoyed the house and all it had to offer. I would recommend anyone to stay at this house. Thank you and we will work with Kevin again.

My group had such a blast we enjoyed all of the fun things to do in this cabin ! The hot tub was great the beds were comfy ! I loved the kitchen and master bathroom. The tubs with jets was a bonus. We brought a bunch of stuff for smores but with the snow the fire pit was buried. when we were leaving our car was dead and we forgot jumper cables. We tore up the whole house and garage and I called the owners but they didn't answer. So we had to go find a neighbor that let us borrow them this was the only downfall. Everything else was SPACTACULAR ! We will be back

I rented this space to host our fall sales meeting and it was great. I have rented many venues over the years for both work and personal purposes and this house was by far the cleanest and well appointed to date. Lots of room for break out sessions and the electronics in the house are up to date.

What a great property. There were so many things to do that kept us occupied - pool, ping pong, horse shoes, Frisbee, swings, hot tub, etc. And definitely plenty of room for all of us in this big house. The only negative had to be the yellow jackets - three of us got stung and it did prevent us from using the outside activities as much as we would have liked.

Second time a group if 20 stayed for a golf weekend and will never stay anywhere else again. Amazing place and Kevin and Wendy were amazing.

It was great having a retreat that was family style. Having the great room that we could gather in, eat our meals in, and have our meetings in really drew our women together. At our free time we had women going shopping, hiking or just sitting outside. There was something for everybody to do.

This is the 2nd year my extended family has stayed here. Both times it was fantastic! We will definitely be back.
