Our stay was wonderful. The house was clean and well stocked. The beds are cozy and comfortable. ASVR was wonderful to deal with, as always. The view of The Stuart mountains is amazing. We cooked many meals there and the kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. There is shuffleboard and Ping Pong in the heated garage, a BBQ for grilling, a hot tub for relaxing, and a heated deck. Walking in the Trailside neighborhood is beautiful. Basecamp is a beautiful house just a short distance from either downtown Cle Elum or Suncadia Resort. Thank you again for the amazing stay.

We had a wonderful time at Basecamp! The house was beautiful, very clean, very well appointed and the views were fantastic! Basecamp is a quiet, peaceful location that made for a great get-away. The lay-out of the home is comfortable and inviting. The game room provided hours of fun! I would highly recommend this home. <br/>We spent the day golfing at Sun Country Golf Course which is a fun, well maintained 18 hole course. One of our favorites, we highly recommend it! We spent the rest of our time at Basecamp and enjoyed it very much.<br/>Working with All Seasons Vacation Rentals was awesome. They are professional and made the entire process so easy. Their communications were timely and provided us with all of the pertinent information we needed. Alicia and Leah were great to work with. This is the best company I ever booked through and would use them again for sure!

The house was very clean and in great condition. The property is not located near Suncadia - it’s the opposite side of the freeway up in the hills. The view can’t be beat! Hot tub was very very clean! Would definitely stay again.

This is one of the best homes we have stayed through All Seasons Vacation Rentals (during Memorial Day weekend). We had two families, and the layout of the home was so convenient. The view from the living area/balcony were beautiful. It was so convenient to have the bunk/hang out room downstairs for the kids. The pool/hot tub was a short walk away and tails close by. I would recommend this home and hope to stay here again!

I couldn't be happier with my experience. The apartment had stunning views and made me feel right at home. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay. I highly recommend this Air bnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The cabin itself was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The views from the living room and bedroom were breathtaking and I loved waking up to them each morning. The location was also great, with easy access to public transportation and local shops and restaurants.<br/><br/>The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating, they were always available if I needed any assistance and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. They provided me with local recommendations and made sure I felt at home.<br/><br/>Overall, I had an excellent experience at this Air bnb and would definitely stay there again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay with great hosts and beautiful views.

We loved our stay at Basecamp! We are a group of 7 women and we've been traveling together for 23 years . This was one of our favorite homes we've rented! Plenty of room to spread out, comfortable furniture and beds, well stocked kitchen, and nice linens. The home has remarkable views of the Stuart Range and is well set up for little ones if needed. We also loved the extra refrigerator in the garage. The home was better than the photos and All Seasons is always great to work with. Our only complaints were the water pressure was unreliable (fluctuated a lot), we couldn't open any windows as there were no screens and a few windows lacked blinds (like the guest bath with a shower). All in all we would rent this house again and loved our time together!

Basecamp is exactly what it's name describes. You have easy in and out access for exploring the counties many activities and a well stocked basecamp to come back to after a fun filled day. The house has stunning views of the Stuart Range, a hot tub, garage game room, amazing kitchen, 3 full bathrooms and comfy beds. The house was clean, warm and welcoming. All Seasons Vacation Rentals are easy to work with and have lovely properties to choose from. Their cleaning standards are amazing and the housekeeping staff is thorough. A quiet house at the end of the cul-de-sac with family friendly hiking, community pool, and close to local amenities. The gameroom was underwhelming with missing or broken items. However, the heated balcony offered beautiful views and was relaxing.

Trailside was a very enjoyable stay for our family. It is well furnished, with the most comfortable vacation rental mattresses we've slept on in a long time. The cleaning was immaculate, everything was well maintained, the hot tub was hot, and the game room was fun. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful house with stunning view of the mountains. Location is great, close to Snow parks and not far from Cle Elum. The Home is well equipped with everything you need. My family of four, including two young kids, really enjoyed our December 2020 stay at Basecamp. The home is gorgeous and well appointed throughout. Tons of games, movies, cooking utensils and spices, nice linens and blankets, and ample sleeping spaces for your group. Since we visited close to Christmas, the home was beautifully/tastefully decorated with a full-sized Christmas tree and other décor. We'll be back!

There were 12 of us and the house worked well. Was decorated for Christmas so was festive. Kitchen was well stocked and a good size for multiple cooks. Much to do to keep 6 kids busy and having fun!! The management was very helpful. Great info about everything before we got there.Mostly everything was just as it was advertised.

We were all developing a bad case of cabin fever and rented this beautiful home. home. The teens had the downstairs and declared it perfect in every way. Upstairs , Lots of room for socially distanced hanging out. The lot is quite private. Everything is just as pictured. Was a great escape and welcomed change of scenery .

We spent a week at Basecamp this summer. We enjoyed exploring the area, hiking, biking and swimming in the pool. The house is beautiful. Extremely thoughtful design and layout. The mountain views that frame the windows are unbelievable. The peace and quiet of being out of the city was what we truly needed. Super, super, super clean and stocked with everything you could /would need. We loved our family fusball and ping pong games, enjoying coffee on the veranda, and soaking in the hot tub. Highly recommend and definitely plan to visit during winter.

This is a beautiful home. Great location, quiet and private, very clean. We enjoyed the community pool and hiking trail access right from the driveway. <br/><br/>We had a lot of trouble with the tech at the house. Wifi was unreliable and the audio to the downstairs tv routinely stopped working (several times a day). The tech setup seemed unnecessarily complicated. The property management staff was very helpful, friendly, and quick to respond. I understand a new wifi router is on order, so maybe this is no longer an issue.

Wifi was unreliable and the audio to the downstairs tv routinely stopped working (several times a day). The tech setup seemed unnecessarily complicated. The property management staff was very helpful, friendly, and quick to respond. I understand a new wifi router is on order, so maybe this is no longer an issue.

Basecamp is my favorite place to go. I always enjoy the welcoming it gives me. There are plenty of things to do at Basecamp. There are ample games, a garage game room with foosball, basketball and ping pong. The downstairs TV has xbox and plenty of dvds for your enjoyment. The beds are all comfortable and the kitchen is great to cook in. It is stocked with more than enough plates, glasses, pots, pans and utensils. It has everything I could need in a home away from home. ASVR is always so easy to work with. Their homes are clean, welcoming and well stocked. They go the extra mile to ensure you have a great vacation. Thank you for being so wonderful.

We came back to Basecamp for a much needed rest. It's the third time we have rented this property and the first time we have been there in the Spring. Absolutely breathtaking! This house and location is amazing. It is the second time I have rented Basecamp and I actually like it more than Suncadia. Everything about the house is comfortable. Working with All Seasons Vacation Rentals is always a pleasure and a breeze. We knew there was a winter storm headed our way and Marcia with ASVR contacted me 2 days before arrival to let me know the conditions at the house and what they were doing to make our access as easy as possible. Waking up to the Stuart Mountain range can never get old, even during snowmageddon. The house has several sets of snowshoes, all kinds of board games and video games, ping pong, foosball and a basketball game. The hot tub was great. We went in during the snow storm and it was great. We did have to brush snow off the satellite dish once and it was comical. The snow was a little deeper than we thought but the dish is easy to get to. The kitchen had everything we needed including good pots and pans. The beds are great and the bathrooms are perfect. If you are looking for a beautiful house to relax in book Basecamp through All Seasons Vacation Rentals! I know I will!

Basecamp is a very comfortable and welcoming home. We all had the most enjoyable time. The beds were very cozy and the homes layout was ideal. The master shower is amazing and with on demand hot water nobody was surprised with cold water. The beautiful kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook an amazing meal for 10 plus people. The view of the Stuarts was spectacular! Marcia at All Seasons is a joy to work with. The entire staff is amazing but she was really a blast. The house was spotless and welcoming to us, so I would like to thank the house keeper and their attention to detail. The towel display was great! We would absolutely recommend this property and All Seasons. Thank you for the wonderful stay, as usual.

My family and I were looking for a retreat that was not too far from home but far enough to feel like we were on vacation. The Trailside Basecamp definitely did not disappoint! The house was exactly as it was described online. It was very well maintained and the house decor was exceptional. The owners thought of everything. The bathrooms were even equipped with first aid kits and toothbrushes! Supplies needed for baking and cooking was available in the kitchen. The kids enjoyed the game room tremendously. Even board games were available for their entertainment. And the swimming pool was a huge hit with the family! The managers provided great customer service and answered any questions in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives! And we will be back again for sure!

This 3 Bedroom + Bonus / 3 Bath custom home is nestled in the woods with a commanding view of the Stuart Mountain Range, and comes with access to the Trailside community pool facility.

* The main floor master has a king bed, TV, and an attached private bath with a large walk-in shower and dual sinks.

* The lower floor guest bedroom has a queen bed.
* The lower floor bonus/bunk room has two sets of twin/twin bunks with twin trundles underneath, a TV and direct access to the covered, private hot tub.

LOCATION
Basecamp is located within the brand new Mountain Community of Trailside just 5 miles from Cle Elum and 7 miles from golf and fine dining at Suncadia Resort. You’ll have access to the new community pool facility within walking distance of the cabin! The Pool is open Memorial Day Weekend through September weather permitting. (A maximum of 6 guests can use the pool facility at a time. This regulation is enforced by the HOA.) The 125 acre Trailside Community is surrounded by national forest land and is an ideal destination for outdoor enthusiasts that enjoy hiking, mountain biking, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, sledding, fly fishing, wildlife viewing, and much more!

** Age Limit to book this home is 28. The primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
