Bootjack inn accommodated 11 easily it was a lovely<br/>Home and was a close to swiftwater and the golf<br/>Park! Parking was challenge on the small sloped driveway but the overflow parking at the inn at Suncadia was close. Remember to bring salt pepper oil tin foil plastic wrap they were not provided. Pickleball courts are close and we had a great time exploring suncadia and Roslyn! Check out Fused they do glass art workshops in Roslyn and Heritage distillery fun bourbon tasting. It was a perfect Memorial Day weekend!

This is a great place, in the best location, and the hosts were thoughtful with leaving excellent recommendations. The space was sparkling clean with amazing amenities! The beds are so comfortable! We loved being able to walk to Swiftwater or right down to the golf course to play in the 9 inches of snow that fell during our stay. Thank you, Bootjack Inn! We will be back.

Our family group of 10 fit nicely in this pretty log home. The kids, ages 4-11) really enjoyed the yard. The adults loved being away from other houses. Pretty setting and good location for multiple day trips.

We had a great stay in this beautiful home. Plenty of space for everyone, rooms were big and beds were comfortable, set up high in the trees (felt like we were in a treehouse), and the deck and patio/firefit were perfect places to relax and enjoy the golf course view. Walking distance to Swiftwater was a plus! Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others.

House was wonderfully arranged for three families with small children to gather for the weekend. Only challenge was the lack of kitchen utensils, bowls, and basic supplies. It makes a huge difference when rental house kitchens are stocked with basics like plastic wrap, foil and zip log bags. Oil, flour, sugar, and basic condiments, not to mention more kitchen supplies and equipment are expected by guests at this price point! Heat in garage game room was not able to be turned on without contacting the rental agency, who in turn had to contact the owner. Give the renter the controls to the heat. Ping pong paddles were falling apart and broke. No EV charging. Outdoor gas fire pit too weak to hang around and be warm. Other Suncadia houses are better stocked, larger fire outputs, and more well appointed in terms of games, heating controls, etc. Fixing these items would help improve the value of this rental.

We have been here in the summer and winter and both stays were perfect. The home is just like the pictures, large, beautiful and clean. It is in prime location if you like to golf or enjoy Swiftwater Cellars. The management company was quickly responsive to any request we made.

We used to have a home in Suncadia and love the resort. This home was great and had nice amenities. A couple of things. The back of the home faces West and there are electric blinds that have no remote or way to lower the shades and it gets a lot of afternoon sun. I called the management company and they said there is no remote for those. Why would you have electric blinds if you can't control them. I feel like they could put some USB plugs in some convenient places to charge devices. Overall though this place was very nice and we would rent this place again.

We enjoyed the location and spacious clean home but the bathroom rugs were snagged up and needed to be replaced. The air conditioners in lowerlevel bedroom and central area didn't function right turned to heat as soon as airconditioner stopped even after resetting The deck moved with only one person on it, not supported right and did not have any comfortable chairs

Truly a wonderful location with the perfect amounnt of space for 2 families. We stayed while it was snowing and the large windows we could see the kids sledding out of, the mud room was a great place to drop all of our items. The outdoor firepit we shoveled off (with the shovel they left with ice melt) and enjoyed coffee at in the quiet morning. They also had a beautiful christmas tree that we all really enjoyed! Great little touches. Great layout with 2 true masters and a huge bunk room. Kids enjoyed the hot tub. Would definitely come back!

Bootjack Inn is a great place to relax. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, the house is clean, the view is beautiful and there are plenty of toys to keep everyone occupied. There is a cupboard by the Great room tv that has a variety of games. The garage has ping pong, foosball and a large TV. There is a beautiful hot tub, a fire pit and a great view of the golf course. We usually go to the Bend Brew fest this time of year but it was cancelled. It wasn't a hard decision to use ASVR again! They are amazing and have great rentals. Thank you again to the great housekeepers, maintenance staff and always to Kevin, Alicia and Leah. Cheers!

Spent the weekend at this house with five girlfriends and we loved it. Very comfortable for our group, loved sitting around the fire pit, and the location up high on the hill overlooking the golf course made very a great view. Our group has stayed in a lot of different locations within Suncadia and this was one of our favorites. Will return!

Upon arrival the home was clean, bright, and welcoming. We had ample space for our family and found the house easy to settle into. A few door latches need attention and the fridge can be pretty noisy. Otherwise we had every amenity we needed and enjoyed the short walk to the winery and sledding.

The property was exactly as described, close to amenities, on the golf course, and very walkable. Four of us spent 4 days and it was perfect. The homes is very comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. It was clean and very well equipped for a rental, not all rentals are! We go up tp Suncadia a lot and this was one of the better experiences. We will be renting this home agin!

* The main floor is equipped with a half bath.

**The owners of Bootjack Inn have a dog that visits the cabin infrequently. Although the cabin is not pet friendly otherwise, be advised that individuals with pet allergies may be affected.
**Age Limit to book this home is 28. The primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
**Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and Fitness Center or the Nelson Farm Pool due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly resort fee when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 3 to 4 cars in the driveway. Suncadia prohibits street parking.**
