We had a lovely 3 night stay at the Evergreen Lodge. Well equipped kitchen, enough beds for everyone, games to play, a pickleball court and ping pong. Something for everyone! We also enjoyed the community pool.

My family had a great time at the evergreen lodge. During our stay we felt at home. The hot tub was especially nice way to end a day of playing in the snow. We look forward to coming back to this house or any other property of All Seasons Rentals.

Looking for something off from busy Suncadia, this property was a good choice and reasonably priced for my young family. Not much to complain about. House was very clean, well kept, and comfy beds. ASVR staff Leah was responsive. Kitchen was very well stocked with plates and utensils, and plenty of board games and puzzles available for use. The hottub was 80F (sleep mode) when we arrived, and took few hrs (°3F/hr) to heat up to 104°. Once hot the next day, we used it often. This house does allow pets. We didnt bring any pets, but there absolutely no sign of pet use in this home; remarkable. We will return again for a 3rd time next year, and also rent out the apt above the garage.<br/>Suggestions: could use another dozen set of cheap silvereware, and hottub heater element may need cleaning/replacement.<br/>5 out of 5 stars for this property!

The first thing I noticed when I opened the door how clean and open the home was so inviting and so much room for my family. Everything we needed for our 4 night stay was at our fingertips. The beds were so comfy and the kids absolutely loved all the games and the upstairs shuffleboard. We were scheduled to leave Sunday and head to Seattle to stay in a hotel the night before our flight but with the home being so comfortable and the use of the pool we decided to spend an extra night lucky for us the house was available for the extra night..I had put this home on reserve almost a year prior to our arrival the team at the all seasons was so helpful.. thank you thank you it made the 3 day wedding we attended in Roslyn so special &#xD83D;&#xDC93;&#xD83D;&#xDC95;

House was nice and clean. Perfect for 3 adult couples. Would have been good if we brought the kids too. A few minute drive to Rosyln for bars and restaurants. About 45 mins to Snoqualmie Pass for snowboarding. Would love to stay in the summer too.

Please let us know if you'd like to stay during the summer. Evergreen Lodge has access to the Roslyn Ridge Activity Center with a large outdoor pool, hot tub, basketball court, tennis court and sand volleyball pit. It is only about a 1 1 /2 mile drive to beach access at Lake Cle Elum. Great location to enjoy all the activities our area has to offer!

The house was perfect for us 6 ladies. It had all amenities that we needed. Close to many hiking trails and to Roslyn and Suncadia.The only problem was the heater. No heat from the vents but we had the gas fireplace that saved us. Even after having maintenance come out, the heater was still not working.

We were thrilled with the entire house. Clean, private. Ping pong, pickle ball, basketball, hot tubbing.. All great things to keep a nine and 7 year old busy with family. Park just short walk away..We did have to turn the heat off because the heat pump was so loud, it kept the quests awake up stairs...The gas fireplace in the living room was a savior. My grandson hit the pickle ball over the neighboring fence.. Like any 9 year old he scaled the fence to fetch it before any of us could realize what was happening. The neighbor lady came over, VERY upset that someone was in her back yard.. She told us that if the ball goes over next time, it's lost to us.. We will not be getting it back.. Luckily I tried to empathize with her and she vented about renters and we were hugging "3" times before she left our conversation.. I was concerned when we arrived at our far out we seemed to be from town but actually it really wasn't.. We ate in Roslyn and of coarse a couple trips into Suncadia, our favorite..

The location was an easy drive from Seattle - and once we got to the house we didn't really leave. The pool is a super close walk, and the sport court was perfect for fun as well. great time, lots of pickel ball and shuffleboard use! Fun for the family to stay at the house with things to do. Great that they have a hot tub, although didn't use much. Short walk to pool but beware of $7 per person daily fee.

Great place for a relaxing getaway for a family of 4. The place was clean and spacious. We went in March when the weather wasn't great so we needed some indoor activities. The kids (teenagers) loved playing ping pong, racquetball and shuffle board; and we all enjoyed the hot tub. There was plenty of seating in the family room for all of us to watch movies in the evening. Great times!! We'd definitely go back.

We had a wonderful time, even without snow. It did have more of a house feel then a cabin fill since the place is in the middle of a neiborhood. Next time we will do more research to get a cabin. But overall it was still very fun.

For others reading this review, Evergreen Lodge is in Roslyn Ridge which is a recreational development up past Roslyn on your way to the lake. 90% of the homes are family cabins. The Lot sizes are 1/3 to 1/2 acre so you will see other cabins around you. I hope this helps future guests pick a cabin that is right for them!

We have rented this particular property twice, the house is in a great location for activities, hot tub and yard are great, adding he double bunks was a super idea! House is great for lots of people, with two rooms for recreation up stairs and down. Kevin and Wendie have been great to work with and we always look to rent properties from them. A few considerations for future maintenance...the master bed mattress is getting a little old, add some more and new towels or suggest guests bring their own and upgrade the kitchen range. Overall a great place to stay though and will come again.

Had a great time, great weather and location is only 9 minutes to Suncadia, 5 minutes to Cle Elum Lake, 1 minute to community pool and 5 minutes to Rosyalyn. Loft games (shuffleboard and air hockey) were fun.

Evergreen Lodge was the perfect setting for a retreat. There was ample Quality Sleeping space, A huge table for discussion and work sessions, Kitchen was equipped with nice appliances and plenty of dishes pans etc. The folks at the rec center were Very Friendy and helpful. The ping pong table and outdoor pickleball were a major hit. Proximiy to the lake and Cle Elum river area provides many outdoor rec options. Overall 5 stars. We hope to secure the same property next year.

Despite mediocre weather the stay was amazing! We had a pickle ball tournament, used the ping pong table, foosball table and enjoyed nightly bonfires. I would highly recommend this cabin if you are looking for tons of activities, plenty of space, great kitchen and a great location. Suncadia is just minutes away if you want to enjoy a nice dinner, spa or golf. We look forward to returning to Evergreen Lodge. Thanks for the great experience!

We used all of the facilities and enjoyed bike riding, pool pickle ball, hot tub.

We were disappointed that we had to pay for the pool use daily this year. And the pool people did not seem to have a very capable way of checking on who was in which cabin, wasted a bit of time looking up info, should be computerized or something. etc.

Thanks for staying with us again this Summer! Unfortunately we don't own or manage the Pool Facility, but we can provide them with your comments. The $2 per person charge for the Pool was a new policy they instituted in May. If the policy changes again in the future we will post it to our website immediately.

Snowmobile or hike directly from the cabin on over 200 miles of groomed trails. Summer time fun at the Roslyn Ridge Pool! Evergreen Lodge boasts a private sports court, free WiFi Internet, and is Pet Friendly.

This well-appointed cabin boasts 2,200 sq ft of living space. Perfect for a large family or multiple families. In addition to the main home, you can also rent the Studio Apartment which has one king bed, a small dining table, refrigerator, microwave and a private 3/4 bath! With the apartment the home sleeps up to 14 guests comfortably with a total of 3.5 baths.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
* Main floor master suite features a king bed, TV and a private en-suite bath with dual sinks and a walk-in shower.
* 1st upper floor bedroom has a king bed and a Smart TV.
* 2nd upper floor bedroom has a queen bed, a twin/full bunk and a private sink.
* The upper floor loft area has a twin/full bunk and a Smart TV.
* The upper floor bedrooms and loft area are supported by a guest bath with a shower/tub combo.
* The main floor features a 1/2 bath.

This cabin comes with access to the Roslyn Ridge Activity Center, a private facility! This new facility boasts a large outdoor Pool, Hot Tub, Tennis Court, Basketball Court, Beach Volleyball, several BBQ Stations with Picnic Tables, Shower/Locker Room Facilities, Conference Room with free WiFi access, exercise bikes and more!! This is a great facility for summer time entertainment. Just a short walk from the cabin.

Entrance to the Roslyn Ridge Activity Center is $10 person per day. The Roslyn Ridge Activity Center is open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend weather permitting.
