We all came from 3 different directions to meet up for our family Holiday. The house was large enough to accommodate all of us and 2 dogs!! We had plenty of cookware, refrigerator space, table settings and tabletop room to prepare our Turkey meal. Everyone had room to relax or play pickleball or go for a walk. We really enjoyed our time in Roslyn Ridge. Hopefully we will be back!

This was the perfect house for our family weekend trip for 6 adults and 2 children. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is well stocked. Coming into the house for the first time, we were greeted with a cozy fire in the fireplace and soft music playing. We used a couple of the bikes in the garage for a short bike ride around the area, and some of us played ping pong. Unfortunately, the weather was too wet to use the pickleball court.

This was our second stay at this property and as expected, it did not disappoint! The pickle ball court is a huge draw for us! The house is large and well appointed. It fits our family well. The location is perfect. We also enjoyed the community pool with its hot tub and then the splash pad for the baby. We would definitely stay here again.

This is one of the best vacation rentals we have stayed in. It was perfect for the size of family. I wouldn’t have had to pack any kitchen items like I usually do. They have thought of everything. <br/>Having the Pickleball court outback was used by all ages, big and little. Ping pong in garage. Apt above garage was nice for grandpa n grandma. Great Grandma n grandma could stay in house. And then the Roslyn Ridge Activity center was so close to use. It really is a perfect family house for all ages.

This home was perfect for our group of friends and all our kiddos. We loved it! There were plenty of activities for everyone. Everything was very clean. In kitchen had everything we could possibly need and it was all easy to find. We loved it!

This house worked out perfectly for our family. I rented the bedroom above the garage but the house was set up so nicely we didn't use that. Loved the ping pong table in the garage and the hot tub was wonderful. The kitchen has everything you could ask for.

Great home and location, NOT clean. I feel confident that my family left the home in better shape than we found it. The garage apartment had dirty bedding and cobwebs all over the ceiling. Some of the bedding in the home was also dirty and had pee stains. The hall closet smelled terrible. We enjoyed our time and stay and we appreciated the Christmas tree and few decorations put up in the home. We were just very frustrate to have such extensive fee's/cleaning fee's and then feel like we had to clean things to use them. I would probably recommend the property to friends/family because of the location but I would worn them about the possibility of it not be very clean and leave it up to them.

We love this place! We have had our Family Christmas weekend here for the last 3 years. The house is perfect, clean, well stocked, great location and big enough for 11 people comfortably. Any questions or concerns have always been addressed quickly by All Seasons.

The place and location was wonderful. Everyone enjoyed it. It was close to towns for getting out and about. We wish there was a small grass area for the kids to play on.

We loved the home and the pickle ball court that was there. The pool was so close and we lived that it was warm for the babies. Plenty of space and plenty of kitchen items. Beds were very comfortable!<br/>

The house is in good shape except for the hot tub, which needs maintenance. Also the bikes all need maintenance; most were not ridable. We really loved the pool but the rest of the complex is really lacking much of interest - no trails, limited places for walking. Close proximity to the lake is a positive as well. Overall our stay was fine and the house itself is fine; it's the experiences available in the summer are pretty thin.

We really enjoyed our stay at Evergreen lodge and studio. The area is nice and the lodging was perfect for our family. My adult children loved the pickle ball court and had several tournaments. the hot tub was right next to the court and that was so nice. Beautiful house and property.

We had a great time celebrating my son and daughter's birthdays with our extended family. The house has plenty to keep all of our kids entertained (ping pong, pickleball, shuffleboard, hot tub). It fit the 10 of us with plenty of room to spare. It was very clean, very comfortable and we hope to return in the spring time!

We loved the house, especially all of the kitchen amenities. Who has an electric griddle anymore? Pancakes every morning! All rooms were clean, and the beds are super comfortable. We had 2 very minor issues: the coffee maker didn't work (but the property manager replaced it immediately when notified), and it's challenging to figure out how to work the tv's. We ended up with one remote that would work. But everything else was perfect. I rent a lot of places, and this was definitely one of the best!

This was wonderful stay for our family. So many things to do at the home itself, hot tub, LOTS of games, tennis, shuffle board, movies and much more! The master bedroom bed was amazing comfortable!!!!<br/><br/>A/C works amazingly down stairs. Up stairs, A/C did not work so much up there. It was pretty warm.<br/><br/>Also, we could not get the cable to work in the living room or in the apartment. So for those reasons, overall, I rate it a 4 out of 5 stars

The house was full of activities from the sports court in the backyard to the ping pong table in the garage. It was also super close to Cle Elum Lake which had East beach access. We would definitely come back!

This house was well equipped with everything you could need in terms of kitchen things, towels, space, garage toys, etc. But overall the house needs some updates. The house could use some freshening up with new furniture. The master bedroom mattress was very squeaky and dipped down on one side. The pickle ball net was torn and looked pretty neglected. 11 women in recovery had a glorious time at the house. We were able to really retreat into the wilderness and get away from the daily hustle and bustle. We enjoyed fellowship and communing with each other. Some of us went went shopping in Roslyn, while others used the hot tub and still others relaxed with a book or some knitting. What a lovely time!

Two brothers families plus 2 grandparents makes 14 people ranging from mid 70's to age 2. All found things to enjoy. The bicycles available were a big hit and used often. Almost everyone enjoyed the nice swimming pool (extra cost). The pickle ball and basketball court was good too. The World Cup matches were watched on the big screen TV in the living area. The grandparents enjoyed the quiet apartment over the garage!

We had a wonderful time here to celebrate my dad’s 70th birthday. It was a great location within easy walking distance to the Activity Center. There is LOTS of parking. The home is very comfortable and has a nice open layout so everyone was together on the main floor, but bedrooms were private. The two dining spaces were very helpful for our large group. It is an easy short drive into Roslyn or Cle Elum.<br/>Only disappointment was with the condition of the amenities – We chose this home for the fun things to do (basketball, pickleball, shuffleboard inside, ping pong) All of it turned out to be broken in some way Half the basketball backboard was missing so not really useable (bummer for our bball family - dad coached 50 years so envisioned lots of family play- didn’t happen and was disappointing). The equipment was jumbled on a table in the garage and most of it in rough shape. The ping pong net was broken, but we ended up getting a nail to fix it and were able to play. The ping pong paddles had huge sections chipped off, so didn’t work well. The shuffleboard (in the loft inside) was also in bad shape with parts chipped so pucks wouldn’t slide well, etc. That wasn’t a big deal to us as we didn’t care to use it but FYI to future renters if you care.<br/>We also couldn’t find the pickle ball net for most of the stay- searched the garage at length thinking it would be rest of the equipment, however found it at end of our stay outside behind garage (not somewhere one would walk) – maybe a note about where it is if that is where stored usually? Of course, we could’ve called the rental team to ask and I know they would’ve helped as they were great! <br/>In general, it was very clean however there was a sticky mess on the garage floor when we got there (likely from someone spilling a drink?) that took a while to clean. Probably just got missed in the inspection- no big deal.<br/>All in all, we had a wonderful trip and it's a GREAT house! Would stay again fo

This 4 bedroom home was ideal for this year's post Christmas get away. It wonderfully accommodated our family and comfortably accommodated my wife and I, as well as our 3 children and their young families. The "apartment", located above the garage, worked perfectly for the couple without children, as it offered them a quiet refuge from the 18 month olds. We enjoyed the fireplace, hot tub, and being able to snow shoe right from our front door. Very relaxing, wonderful memories for all.

We needed a large home 13 of us. I began searching when we had the date for the Suncadia wedding at the winery. I googled houses for rent IN Suncadia and this came up. I thought it looked perfect and was in Suncadia. Arriving there I was surprised to see it not in Suncadia although maybe a 10 minute drive. That was a bit disappointing. The home was a great size and for us perfectly. We loved the outside court and were so excited to see bikes, balls and so many games. A suggestion would be to tell people you have so much there so we don't drag over all of that over ourselves. Another great feature was the fully stocked kitchen. If I had known I wouldn't have needed to pack my bowls, pans etc. The upstairs apartment was a really nice feature. Thank you for the use of your home!

We had a great time just hanging out around the house visiting. Everyone enjoyed the outside pickle ball and basketball court as well as the hot tub. Being so close to the rec center was convenient as well!

There was a group of 8 adults and 3 kids who came just to relax and enjoy spending time together. The house was perfect! So roomy and comfortable. We enjoyed swimming at the community center and tossing balls around on the sport court. Having the separate garage couldn't have been any better for our group. We'd put the kids to bed in the house and have adult time in the garage so we wouldn't wake the kids! <br/>We all agreed the house was great and that we'd come back again. <br/>The only (very minor) problem was that there was no foil/saran wrap or Tupperware to store any extra food we had. We had to use the pots and pans with their lids in the fridge. We saw about 20 Tupperware lids, but no actual Tupperware.

This is a really nice cabin. It was very clean and had a really good set up. We enjoyed the sports court and hot tub. Would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed in several rentals and this one is our favorite! We brought our three families of kids with 4 grandkids here for 4 days of snowmobiling, sledding, and playing in the snow. We had such a great time and look forward to doing this every year. The Evergreen Lodge was very clean and well furnished, the beds were all comfortable, the kitchen was completely stocked with pots, pans and appliances. We sat 12 people comfortably at the dining room table. The hot tub was a big hit with adults and kids! The shuffle board was also fun. We were able to park our 3 snowmobile rigs at the lot very near by and we parked 4 vehicles at the house, with one in the garage. There are great trails to ride right from the lot or the house; we had 8 snowmobiles, so we took 2 rides per day so everyone got a chance to ride - all the way down to the 10 year old! We love the Last Resort, where we ride to and have nachos and beverages after a ride. There is a snowmobile dealer within a couple of miles for any last-minute needs. Safeway in Cle Elum has everything you could want in the way of groceries.

Amazing. My wife was very excited for the location. How close the store was. How clean the home was. Wifi was great. Cell phone and Internet connection was ????? and the Christmas tree and ornaments were already up. Renting snowmobiles were only walking distance. Riding the trails in the mountains was such an amazing seen with 8 adults and 6 children on snowmobiles. Couldn't have ask for a better vacation

We had a great friends weekend at the Evergreen house in Roslyn Ridge! The cabin had all the conveniences of home and then some. Everyone loved the hot tub and shuffle board table. December was a great time of year to be in the Roslyn area!

The house is kid-proofed (we have a daughter under 2 years old), which is always helpful! And we took advantage of the hot tub! The kitchen had plenty of cooking supplies (great selection of pots and pans). The town of Roslyn was very fun to visit! Overall, a great stay!

I had ten friends join me to celebrate my 40th Birthday and we had a wonderful stay. It was relaxing and fun and the space was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed the hot tub, pickle ball court and table tennis very much and the kitchen was great for preparing meals. I would highly recommend this cabin.

My brother and I try to meet up once a year to get our kids together and spend some time together and this house did not disappoint. It easily housed all of us! The beds were all very comfortable. The house was spotless and well taken care of. The app made the home easy to find and answered any questions we had about trash, eye while we were there. We would definetly return to this house in the future, it was great!

It was very HOT! We spent a fair amount of time indoors but also enjoyed the many activities at the house and around the area. Just wish the studio and upstairs rooms had air conditioning.

We had a perfect vacation stay in the Lodge. Enough room for 8 adults and a dog! Between ping pong, shuffle board, hot tubbing and long walks, we had a great time. Having the option to rent the garage apartment made it just right!!<br/>Wish there was wifi and better cell service, but other wise it was perfect.

We were very happy with our stay and the friendly staff as well. There was everything we could have wanted for the 3 families with kids. Having access to the pool with the fountain was great, access to the lake, sports court, tonka trucks and gravel, bicycles, golf, dawson park, etc. It was all good and we will return. Wish the place had wifi access.

We had a great family get together in this spacious, clean house. It was easy to find and we especially enjoyed all of the "extras". We played pickleball, ping pong and basketball but could have used the hot tub or went on bike rides as well.

The house was very well located nearSuncadia for golf, near Cle Elum Lake for swimming and picnics and near both the Cle Elum and Yakima rivers or fishing. Plenty of opportunity for mountain bike riding and hiking. The house was probably better equipped with kitchen utensils and sports equipment than any other house I've rented. The management company was professional and responsive. I would definitely consider renting this house again.

This was a great weekend getaway! The house was clean, comfortable, and very relaxing. The only thing I would mention is that on the website the loft is listed as having a pull out couch, but I think the couch has been replaced and is not a pull out. We didn't need to use it, but I just thought I would mention it so the description of the house can be updated. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience! Thanks so much!

Kitchen is well stocked, beds are nice, well furnished, hot tub is good, technically everything was almost perfect, but somehow it didnt feel like a really private place, all the neighbors in the area and all, just too close to each other... Last year e renterd raven ridge and loved it, and if it had a hot tub i would rent it again any time. This time we liked it, but it wasnt awesome

The Evergreen Lodge was exceptionally clean and very comfortable for the 6 of us. The kitchen was well stocked and with multiple TVs and the games upstairs there was lots to do. Also it was a great location near hiking trails, lakes, horseback riding and bike rides.

This is the 3rd time I've stayed with All Seasons and everytime I have a wonderful experience. The properties are always clean, full stocked, and very comfortable.

There were enough activities for all ages involved, and the larger of the 2 houses had a wonderful kitchen/dining room for all 14 of us. We were able to have togetherness when we wanted it and private time also as needed. We had rented the apartment above the garage of the larger house (Evergreen lodge) and it worked out very well. All equipment worked as needed, and the tennis/sports court was a bonus we did not know about. Great summer vacation, the weather was cooperating most of the week except for one day, cannot expect magic. Thank you to the owners and the managers, hope to come back sometimes. Marino Deseilligny (the grandmother, one family lives in London, another in France, the third one in Bellingham) They all enjoyed the vacation.

Wonderful place to spend the Christmas holiday, we rented four different houses. It snowed Christmas day and there was more than enough things to do in the houses without even having to go outside if we didn't want to.

Obviously from the ratings above, the overall stay was great!! Only a few minor complaints. We ran out of toilet paper and couldn't find any extra anywhere and I definately think there should be more than enough available. We didn't seem to have or could<br/> find enough dish towels/washclothes to keep the kitchen clean. Some guests didn't have bath towels i guess. I think they may have ended up using their own beach towel they brought for the hot tub. DVD player in the living rm didn't work and at one point, had<br/> taken my DVD and wasn't giving it back. Kept working with it and eventually it came out but no one could ever get a DVD to play??? And i think it would be a good note to put on the checkout list that the dishwasher takes like an hour and a half to run so that<br/> you can plan to run and empy it and still be out of the house on time. Little things that we managed to get through but way more good and we'd love to come back!
